I agree, that's what I saw, and it's dishonest, and so that is making me feel nervy here now, as I don't like that. Who are we to tryst now? anyone? I just feel something dodgy is going on now. Just how I feel about it today following the RNS.

I already hold 20 million, not a lot in the whole scheme of things, but am wondering whether to de-risk slightly, as I'm seriously worried that with crude oil on the rise, the longer time served members of the board are not going to give in lightly by any means!

is this good or bad news? Is it more members added to the holdings by the NWOG action group, if so, why aren't we being consulted at all about it? It seems to me that there are big issues in getting the old board out and now with crude on the rise, I'm beginning to have doubts about my investment here. Views??

everything I have read of late suggests a recovery is due in the solar panel industry. The world is waking up to the electric revolution with transport etc, and all these commodities need to be powered. Could it be that Mac will be in demand soon, with lots of contract deals? Let's hope so :)

unlikely IMO as they are raising funds now and by way of a placing, and Adams usually also invests himself in any company he shows an interest in rescuing, so I doubt any dilution is on the cards for now.

doesn't matter if it dips prior to the offer being taken up as the placing will help to average down for those who have bought in late today, and in the end, provided enough money is raised, then this will be a win win for all who are in early with Adam Reynolds in charge! IMO.

I don't have to be invested to be on this board. I had been thinking of investing here as per my post a week or so ago, but have had a change of heart as I'm not looking for a very looooooong term investment!

I can't understand why he becomes involved here, when he hasn't even got the other one fully off the ground and showing some return for shareholders as yet! PTV got heavily diluted so my shares went from 6000 to 6! Yes, I agree, that was a mess. Rem I've only recently taken a position in with a small amount of shares and will wait to see which way it goes. Ukog, again 50/50, but I've just sol half my holing at a nice profit, so done well there. Chal so far has been a disaster and the way that has played out so far wouldn't give me much hope here. Did think about investing here but wouldn't touch it now. Made quite a bit of money last tax year in my ISA on another share so I'm not complaining, but I suspect Falcon will be going the same way as challenger, down! IMO. By the way I don't ramp, I post research where I can and read others and make my decision from there.

you were being scammed by the very people/person(s) who were recently taking positions IMO! Do your research! Don't just blame it on the inept board of directors, look at recent events, other tactics were at play, and people like you supported it! You really didn't have a clue! All IMO!

I read your post with interest. I assume you have heard of the maxim, he who comes to equity must come with clean hands? Well, how about, IMO, applying that to some who were trying to take positions here? Matlot knows the same as me what was going on here of late. It was one thing for PTV to let the company go of their own accord, but another to watch other shenanigans going on and not do anything about it, so to give them credit, it looks as though they have done something, otherwise they were pushed to do so by the Nomad or some other. Doubtless we will never know, but I'm happy with what I know and what is being done, and I'm just glad that no one else is now going to be sucked in to this black hole, hopefully for eternity. IMO.
