if you are a serious and experienced businessman, well versed in company takeovers, you accumulate quietly and for a period of time, buying nominal amounts of shares here and there, with no specific pattern that is detectable. You don't let your twitter gang mates ramp about it either, you keep it under wraps, and then have your final push just when the current board cotton on to what's happening. That way no asset stripping can occur in advance IMO and you have your controlling interest, ready to go. I view the actions here as amateurish at best, but then what do I know, not a lot really according to the majority here, and who knows, they might be right, or they could be wrong! Just my view and you are all welcome to yours.

now and again! 11 Jan, Hogan had 1708120 shares. 12 Jan and RNs'sd today he has 1836321. It's a very slow accumulation! 128,201 shares on 11th and 12th. Even I've bought more shares than that today alone in something else!

strip the assets, the directors take the best bits in to something else, and dissolve what remains of PTV! Imagine!!

no personal vendetta, I just look at people's track history as directors in companies!!!!

probably a girlfriend of one of the crew! I suggest folks look at the last buys on google finance, currently standing at 3.50! leave you all to it, but this share does have a history, and it isn't good. DYOR IMO.
