Imbecile, I said the Labour party has an anti-semitic record
Loki Loo - talking clap like that, you need to spend more time in it, fool
NDN. Don't banter words with me. You know what I meant. Stop being a gopher and develop some thoughts of your own. What I said was too near the knuckle for your BT paymasters. Never mind. It was just a warning to tell everyone, including BT team member shareholders, that siding with people like Starmer is wrong, wrong, wrong. In fact, speaking as a Jew myself, I can't understand how a man with a Jewish wife and children can lead a party with an anti-semitic record like Labour's.
See today that one of Starmer's key promises is that they'll nationalise the power companies. That will only be the first nationalisation. Labour believe in the big state. So watch out all you BT shareholders. And don't say you haven't been warned.
Yes, Poker. They are helping themselves all right. The dollards who don't want to work, claiming every benefit under the sun. The irresponsible people who have children they can't afford to bring up and the taxpayer pays for. The people who eat, drink and smoke too much and end up with illnesses the taxpayer pays for treating. All of them need to take responsibility for their life choices and lifestyles. And with that Poker, you are also history, along with the other union freaks and socialists on this board. Sayonara, MF
Nonsense, IP. We simply cannot afford to carry on (as in the films) in the way we have been carrying on for the last few decades. The reality is that the NHS will never stop swallowing growing amounts of money. People have come to rely on the state providing everything, from cradle to grave. They are going to have to rein in. We all will. And we must all become more responsible for ourselves and for our families.
Have no fear, no fear. Best not to look up the share price too often or visit here too often. And never forget, a little paranoia gives you the edge. Too much drives you over it :)
That's more like it Erik. Continue telling us the good news. We've heard enough negatives from the doomsters on here.
Great news for everyone, including businesses and of course BT. Digital infrastructure is one of main agendas. The shackles are coming off. Not such good news for unions. They will be legally forced to put strike action to a vote of all members. Unions like the CWU and the RMT don't understand why that's necessary. The simple answer is that it's democratic. They can no longer be allowed to hold the UK to ransom, based on outdated socialist principles that have not worked anywhere in the world. Let's toast the mini budget with a glass (or two) of bubbly, while the fat, bald, flatulent, bully-boy union bosses choke on their curries and cheap beer. In Liz we Truss :)
Thanks Ally :) Hope Altice/DT/Vodafone/Uncle Tom Cobbleigh/Diego Maradona intercede before November!
Allybally. Worked out why I sometimes see a rosette or whatever it is next to your name and sometimes don't. It's when I open this site on my mobile and don't sign in! You must be on premium chat :)
Abject Performer. Get a life, you pathetic dribbler. Better still, get some professional help. You are clearly in need of it.
There appears to be one allybally with a rosette next to their name and another allybally who has not. Are they the same or is one an imposter?
Laughable. No chance. No strategy. No further strikes. End of.
The point of my explanation being: Don't put or leave you investments with a platform that takes up to 10 days to credit you with what's rightfully yours from day one :)
Acknowledged IP Man 3
For the record IP and Mel, all financial institutions received the BT divi in one pot, on the same day (12 Sept this year). It's more a question of how and when they choose to divi up the divi for us lot. They can do it on the same day. But holding back individual divi payouts for few days for 'administrative' reasons earns them interest. If BT shares lose value during that time, it's a godsend for those eager to reinvest. If it goes up dramatically in the event of a bid, they've missed the boat!
Yes, Featurenet. Those were the days!
Apologies Poker. I was wrong.
Don't think you're being fair there Thanglan. Tremendous strides forward, including 5G. See yesterday's presentation at new BT HQ. https://telecoms.com/517330/bt-shares-its-5g-network-vision/
