Hi Porks, yes indeed! I was getting twitchy that we would roll around to October and beyond and the 12m high would become really low and NCYT getting a hostile TO at a rediculous SP.

Repeat today for another 20 days and the SP will be were it should be and we will be happy campers again. ;-)

Well this is a bit of a turn up. Not quite the 84% originally muted, and now AAA appear to be the major player here. That said, the wording of the announcement does imply that us holders in Mesh etc could do much better than previously thought. As per this snipit...'The Company and Directors are proactively working with external counsel and other advisors to obtain the necessary tax, legal and distribution clearance opinions as soon as practical. On the basis1 that ordinary MESH shareholders would receive 1 AAA share for each 1 MESH they hold, it would result in a highly favourable outcome
for all MESH shareholders.' After all this time this can only be a result!! If true, well done and played BoD.

As the AGM has been put back to the 13th, imo that is a good sign, there must be positives going on behind the scenes otherwise that would have been that yesterday if not before. Going beyond the 7th/8th might also be good as that should mean that greencastle have to pay up otherwise they are in default?, so possibly they are now getting squeaky bum syndrome? £1m coming in, less the 385k going out leaves 615k in the kitty...less the 616k admin free knowing our luck!! I would hazard at a guess that it is due to the AGM being adjourned because of the letter receieved from TA. People guessing that it might be related to goings on earlier this year, and a positive mutually beneficial outcome might now be agreed/put forward?

We are well and truly being played, and the circle needs breaking asap.
