I am with Theanalyzer and missthepenny62,, if the new BoD and all the positive vibes are true they will do their upmost to sort this out, along with OTT and even EHGOS, and with the bottle spinning round back to the old BoD and green castle, this could turn into quite a side show. This has drawn things to a head, it might be ugly for some, but we might find out sooner than expected now what is really going on behind the scenes. It might be a ‘dirty shell’ but if Brad and Co are trying to make it clean and honest, we should find out soon enough. Who knows, if the old BoD are getting twitchy about what might be uncovered, they might even make a ‘good will jesture’ and pay shard off??

I agree, I too think there will be much happening behind the scenes over the weekend, and would not be at all surprised if there is another RNS on Monday.

Has anyone been able to exercise these, and if so what is the strike price? I think the strike price is .45p but my broker is struggling to find clear details!

GTMu, paying 1m back (500k) when possibly 50m incoming mentioned seems small change by comparison, especially with much work in the pipeline.

Not me, I am waiting. If still trading, the share will be volatile imo, and the lovely MMs will try to trigger stop losses as people panic sell, the price might even rocket before crashing...this has happened before in other shares from memory. If it crashes, bugger, but I will not sell at 8am, I think it seems strange for the Co to suspend over 1m, when only 500k used, so in escence over 500k, and again after reading the recent RNSs from Brad, with so much going on in the background, and finally why did the company not make the announcement about the possible administration?

If the new BoD really have work in the background as we hope, and want to use ICON as a route to market, this will be resolved. Remember also, that the new BoD are meant to have a wealth of experience, so due diligence on their part before climbing aboard?

Insert coins, FYI, ICON are a main listed Co, not on AIM, though understand that previous history would make you think otherwise.

Normally you would expect to see what firm the appointed administrators work for, not just the guys names. Surely the new BoD would be well aware of any debt. The statement also says these guys will consult with appropriate bodies about suspending trading, not that trading has been suspended. For me, a strangely constructed RNS, and odd considering how many positives have come about of late, dont think OTT will be impressed, due dilligence etc etc, will the old BoD get dragged back into this somehow? Possibly just sabre rattling again?
