BT is not mucking around, he appears to be assembling some team, he means business, the new CO is transforming into something special, so different from the previous. If the fraud squad go after the previous lot...icing on the cake. All we need is confirmation news on several fronts, this could take off....wow what a transformation!!

Have to admit that today was not a painful as I thought it would be. Seems like many LTHs have the same view that it is good that we are not giving in to the Govs bully boy approach, and standing up to them, wanting payment that is due..a deal is a deal.
I have always thought it is not wise to rely on UK gov. contracts, though obviously great if the framework structure does bear fruit. Have a good weekend all, things can only get better..weather and SP.

Hi Wilson, yes the previous framework was a good sign, well needed, but seaking legal advice over payment is not good. I am glad the CO are taking advice and showing they will not lay down and give the kit away cheaply. A price struck should be honoured, so the Gov. should pay, but I just wonder if the Gov. will not want to show weakness either, and future contracts might suffer...egos etc. On the plus side, the SP has not suffered as much as I feared, so thankful of that, but some good news will help, maybe a change in NOMAD is also needed?
