The CB holder could elect to exercise prior to 13 Dec, but at the placing price of 25p. Why would they do that. Its better for them to convert at the original formula if they are not repaid in cash.

I have to say that the Investor Budget Presentation was 100% pointless. The company trying to twist the UK budget that it resulted in clarity for the sector, that is a very positive interpertation. The only clarity is that EPL is staying intact until 2023 and Star cash flow at the current oil prices will be minimal at best.

I doubt this interview will attract many new buyers. KOD needs higher lithium prices and another year of production history to create confidence in the market.

This is a bit disappointing from RKH, no wells drilled next 12 months, so no rig wont be going to the Falkland in 2026....
