Can someone explain how the formula works for the equity facility? I find the info in the RNS and the AGM circular somewaht different.

The company had £1470k 30 June 2025 and during the first 6 months the company spent £1177k in operating and investing cash burn. With a similare level of spending in H2 the company will be close to skint by year end. What is the plan here?

This deal means that David can take all asset with value from the company without paying shareholders a cent, if GDR fails to deliver. During the past year GDR has failed time after time.

Very big risk that GDR fails again, David takes the IP sell it and shareholders get left with nothing.

KevinRound, drilling the well now creates a great excuse to raise. If they raised now without a well it would look very odd, when they are guiding for production start up.

Lordloadsoflolly, the production hasnt started. There will be a ramp-up phase and we have seen how hard it can be to ramp-up helium production from several Canadian and US players. Therefore its very unlikely that we will see any cash flow from production in 2025.

Company running very low on cash, when will they sort out the funding?

The company had 1706k in cash 30 June 2025. During the first 6 months of the year the company burnt 1561k in cash. With the same level of cash burn in H2 the company will be almost skint in December.

Ramp and then fix the cash position, waiting for the placing now

Feels like a AI solution easily could replace PCI-PAL product.

Its very rare for a company to grow revenue with 40% but shrink gross margin from 59% to 44%. Talk about negative operating leverage. Admin & selling cost going through the roof on top of the poor gross margin.
