After every big acquisition they have plent of non-core land to sell, so its big spike the year after the deal closes and than it goes down. Selling land is obviously a one-off transaction as it has nothing to do with producing oil and gas.

I would think this raise will happen at 1p. New investor will demand a big discount.

I have no idea what David intention are but would guess its for his own benefit rather than anyone else.

£1m loan is enough to cover for 2.5 months of cash burn, not very good solution. If GDR fails to find a way to pay DN after the cash is used up he could take control of the company for nothing via the loand. Dangerous path.

I cant see why new investor would be willing to put in cash at a higher price than previous investor was willing to at 0.2p.

The other big risk is that new equity will require a AGM approval and since the last proposal was voted down new investor will see the AGM approval risk as a very big problem.

December will be crunch time
