The prospectus is approved by the FCA so no room for the usual AIM/LSE small cap B-S, if £5.6m is needed according to the prospectus then thats the real deal.
Making up stuff never any revenue30 Dec 2025 07:35
Got to love these companies like ALRT, making up new business but they never produce any revenue. ALRT a case book example of ramping thin air. Enjoy while it last!
I think this guidance from the company implies 3-4p placing price.
"These are expected to include approval for the Company to issue new shares very significantly below their current nominal value of 20 pence per share."
The company has been very clear that they are working on a placing, they said so in the last webcast and recently they sent out message from their investor portal to members to sign up if they wanted be part of possible placement. Its a clear overhang and the stock wont perform until the placing is completed.
The funding overhang has made KEFI one of the worst performing gold stock on AIM/LSE, now the project is fully funded and the stock will catch up with other gold miner.
