I don’t think that it gives a time constraint on the offer but it does tend to follow that offers are close behind the 2.9. With the AA there was a 12 day delay between the 2.9 and offer but that was a bit of a fire sale for a broken brand whereas we are in demand for our high asset values.

Certainly blackrock don’t seem too concerned with the current valuation of the company which will be sold soon. Happy days for all invested, not so happy for those not, either way you don’t care because you will get your 10p for my reply so it’s a win win.

I guess it depends on the premium you are expecting on the offer. I can’t see the offer being less than £1 so even after CGT you would net 60p a share on that basis which is about 45% up on the current SP.

Not sure on CGT rates or allowances currently BTW!

They would do if the sale was off, it’s not as they have to disclose this so in the meantime we just need to wait for news which is likely to be soon bearing in mind how long we have been in the FSP and the average duration.

This is fairly simple and made to sound a lot worse by PATT.

DS owns the company and they own some shares in EUA, instead of diluting EUA shares to pay the new boys mentioned by PATT DS transferred them a shareholding in his company. That to me is a huge positive as he has given up some of his shares to help the company because he knows we will sell for billions.

People like PATT spread misinformation to panic people who haven’t the time to go back through a years worth of RNS’ to find the information, like he did with KAZ and I and others called him on it the other day, it’s easier for scum like that to post lies knowing that most people won’t have the time or inclination to read through pages and pages and pages to try and find out what he is saying. I hate seeing people try to take money from other people, he can say it’s only a BB but if someone sold on his recommendation due to his lies and the company sale RNS landed then he has made that situation happen. Disgusting behaviour from a disgusting person.
