I think it says that NDA’s are in place Montana and we wait for news from the company. No one said it was going to be tied into today, just a whole load of assumptions made by people. Doesn’t mean anything other than the deal is yet to be announced IMO

I think it’s fair to say that we are in an excellent position. The BOD are more invested than any of us, they want the best result for all shareholders, including themselves. PGM’s are at all time highs, we have loads of them, our biggest resource is next door to the worlds largest PGM producer, we have a deficit in the PGM market due to the growth of the electric vehicle industry and green energy.

Despite the green boxes efforts it is clear where this is heading.

With all this anti Russian stuff and in view of their recent fine I’m wondering if he is the BOD of NN!

Personally I think boxing in is best left for waste pipes and that the deal will go through just fine very soon. Or should that be shortly.

Why blame the board? The deal is being worked on, it’s all there in the RNS to see, congratulations on buying, I am certain that you will see a very good return on your investment very soon.

While some nervous PI’s sell or very unfortunately had stop losses hit (please don’t set them!) II’s are buying at fantastic prices. The same PI’s who sold will be moaning that they never get the opportunities that II’s do. The trick is not to sell.

And please don’t forget the millions of shares he still holds along with his warrants.

The sale update RNS said that they have offers for the company and also for other structures. If this was a JV I think it would have been concluded a long time ago, the sale is bound to be more complicated and I think that this is more likely personally.

Because it’s a market Stonk, it ebbs and flows, goes up and down, it rose on no news but anticipation of a sale which will happen.

Stonk, And it rose significantly since the suspension price of 7.2 pence. No doubt we will see rises again while we wait for news.

Unless the company say otherwise we are still in a formal sale process bound by the rules of the takeover panel and NDA’s, ignore anyone who says otherwise IMO. The fact that we haven’t had offers at 40% of our three month average or however else you want to describe it says to me that this is HUGE. Clearly some will want to profit and others will be jealous of our / your good fortune but unless you sell this is irrelevant. The takeover panel wouldn’t have allowed an open ended sale without good reason, look at the AA, the deadline was extended numerous times, this would be normal if this wasn’t such a big deal!
