Rather than the BOD being at fault I believe the issue, as mentioned in past RNS, is the travel restrictions due to COVID.

For those that held prior to suspension this is a long journey. I have no doubt that the deal will be huge but I wish they would hurry up and announce it. Today’s large trade shows that there is a lot of interest here, despite what the greens would say, reason being that we have a load of easily accessible PGM’s ready to mine and sell. Happy days. Here since April 2018 and I can wait a bit longer. Good luck all invested, thanks to Tilly, Mac, Ian and the like for their morale boosting posts.

Yes that is correct, they need to have the finances in place.

I think that’s being a bit unfair on Mac, he has been here and invested for years. We are at the conclusion of a long journey for a lot of people and having been through suspension and listening to the months of negativity from people who haven’t been seen since we came out of suspension I think this board needs someone like Mac who is happy to share his research. The benefit of this website is that you can filter people so if you are fed up of reading it then that would be one way that you could stop seeing the information but I am sure a lot more people find the information useful than not.

Absolutely agree Dore. Let’s not forget that interest in the company and it’s assets started in October 2019, I am certain that offers were discussed and due diligence completed during the period that we were suspended and prior to for the formal FSP starting which from memory pre dates the suspension being lifted, IMO to protect the company from any low ball offers. During suspension there was only the issue of the new NOMAD to be appointed and proving the relationship with the bank, plenty of time to get the house in order for the sale.

I saw that MJS, unbelievable the lengths people go to to discredit, I remember when it happened at the time and was seen as a positive as it should be. Also reinforces the point to me that AC’s sell was actually a transfer for tax purposes which if you look into the company he ‘sold’ too you will see is the case. Can you imagine, ‘thanks for the free shares DS, I’ll just sell those now at a critical time for you!’

2 years since suspension Billions? I knew I felt a lot older but I’m certain the suspension was started mid Feb 2020 and concluded July 2020. Huge gains prior and after for those of us invested then. Happy days!
