What I think is great is that AFC are ahead of the curve with the Power Tower, plus being able to run on Ammonia or Methanol will be a winner for replacing Diesel Gensets on construction sites.

Claiming to be a shareholder is one of the oldest ruses in the book from stock bashers. They hope that by claiming to be a 'concerned shareholder' that it gives them some level of credibility in the eyes of investors, especially those that can easily have the wool pulled over their eyes.

At some point investors work out that they are not a shareholder, just a stock basher. I worked out a long time ago that Rojo was such, some others did too, and we all filtered the con man. Eventually it becomes obvious to the vast majority as to what he's up to here. Best to filter and forget. Don't give the con man air.

Just for reference to my previous post, and to provide the factual evidence, here is the history of Bronte's short on AFC:

So, they went to 0.5% on 11/01/2022. Then dropped to 0.47% on 12/01/2022, then back to 0.5% on 31/03/2022 where they have stayed all year.

Why would anyone take out a 0.5% short on AFC and then not cash in and take their profit for a whole year? The 3 positions above are the only ones they have had, they have not even closed and reopened to skim profit.

The ONLY thing that makes sense with such a position is if you are trying to keep the share price down whilst you accumulate the stock from the impatient PI's. Then you get your staff or paid bashers to attack the stock on its discussion board to try and make people sell out, and scare away anyone new that might buy the stock. Soak up all the sells at the bottom, then as soon as big new hits, you close the short and get the Bolly out.

I also state "my belief" which tells everyone that it is only my opinion, not any claim of fact, and therefore is not misleading anyone.

Whereas the posts I pull up state their opinions as FACT, when clearly what is claimed is not FACT. It might be in their very honest (or dishonest in many cases on here) opinion, but they do not state it is opinion, and therefore it is misleading investors, which I always do my best to avoid, by stating IMVHO.

The Patents cover the technology yes, but as JM has said in the past, there is a lot of know how that is not in the Patents.

The Patents cover how MSAR or BioMSAR are made, but they include phrases for the blend like "between 2 microns and 20 microns". Nobody would know exactly how many microns QFI use. The Patent is designed to offer the broadest coverage against infringement, hence '2 to 20' which QFI have determined is the useful range for making such a fuel.

Then there are the Surfactants, which also show the ingredients but offer the widest coverage by not stating exactly how much of each ingredient goes into them.

JM also said that QFI can tweak the recipe depending on the end use, so that means an algorithm (possibly just in their head) where the ingredients and processing have a slight change, that makes the fuel fit the end use to the best ratio of power vs efficiency vs emissions.

Suppose I gave you a recipe that said:
1 to 3 eggs
300 to 500 grams of flour
20g to 60g of butter
5g to 20g of sugar
30g to 80g of raisins

Do you think that you could bake the perfect cake from that?

The recipe is what you'll find in the Patent. The know how is what makes the recipe into a perfect cake.

Just checked my posts from that day and it was actually one of my other big buys that was delayed, not of this stock though, it was one of the other's I bought a big chunk of the same day.

But still, trades like that 280k do get delayed. The exact trade price was 23.679p and published when the bid was 24.14p, but it was much closer to the 23.68p bid of exactly an hour earlier.

Not that it matters anyway, because as per the thread title, all the sells were hoovered up and the share price is up.

That 280,000 shares trade looks like a buy delayed by an hour.

When I bought 240,000 at the end of September my trade was delayed by an hour, hence why I think this is also a delayed buy.

So 99.999% purity Hydrogen required, at significant cost over the AFC systems. Also PEM uses precious metals, AFC do not need to, offering a significant CAPEX saving on top of the OPEX saving.

As for their DMFC, is nice but quite small, looking at the images of it next to a 12v battery. And I believe AFC are working on their own DMFC utilising Alkamem or similar technology for John Varcoe, as AB said we may be able to get rid of the reformer at some point, and the only way to do that is to create a DMFC.

Maybe Bronte and their mates are closing their shorts, what with the Power Tower trials ending soon, and the ABB 100KW due before year end.

They don't make any money on the short until they close it, and they've had it open since February, which is a long time for a fund to have a position open and not take (the huge) profit they've made on it.

My belief remains that they were holding the price down whilst picking up any stock they could at the lowest price. It make no sense at all to keep to position through the ups and downs of almost a whole year without taking the (huge) profit, unless they were doing what I believe.

Sells all getting hoovered up. Nice to see.

Extreme E would love to get Methanol power on the St Helena, perhaps starting with auxiliary power as that gives them something to test, and would mean zero emissions when docked.

While that is ongoing, have a separate project to look at propulsion using Methanol.

Note that the St Helena has written on it "St Helena. Not Electric... yet"

CWR obviously went up for a reason that you do not have a clue about. Suggest you try reading their discussion board (like I do every day), and also check out that the shorting on them is one of those most reduced in the past 7 days.

AFC news was of a new product and successful very short-term trial of it. Clearly investors are waiting for successful trials from the other Power Tower clients, orders from those clients, and the S Series 100kW for ABB that is due to be announced as completed before year end. It's also obvious that the price is being held down by the Bronte short and the con men on here with their 24/7/365 attacking AFC, it's CEO and it's RNS. When the REAL BIG news appears, you won't see any of them for dust. Not long now IMVHO.

Maersk will learn a lot from MSC and QFI at the upcoming conference. QFI say they are still in touch with Maersk and my belief is that Maersk are monitoring how the trials with MSC progress, whilst continuing with their current plans, which gives them a two pronged attack where one of th prongs is paid for by someone else.

When (not if IMVHO) MSC prove MSAR and BioMSAR and get LONO's issued for both, Maersk will be phoning QFI to get onboard.

Not sure why anyone would have doubt if the trial has not started yet, as the fuel is shipped, therefore the risk of it not going ahead is negligible, just a minor delay that will be cleared, as the intention to go ahead by the client is there 100% or the fuel would never have shipped.
