They might hold joint rights to modifications, but they can't build their own, as they don't own the patents to the plant.

It's like saying I designed an improved air filter for an engine, that gives me no rights to build engines.

I can't see APT doing any rig sharing. They are not a tiddler with limited funds, they have $135m to spend on this project, they will want their own rig and no third parties to deal with.

If they are going to increase the flow by doing some work on it (clean up mud damage, increase perforation length, choke change, etc) then they'd want to do it before the pipeline connection or much later down the line when the well needs a workover.

The tests will be done before any decision is made though IMVHO. The data will help make the decision for them.

They will have the rig in the area for CH-1a and NT-1, so why not just do a workover of NT-2 at the same time. That's what I'd do anyway.

Based on that, if Kier got theirs in late November or early December (as I think) and have the same deal, then they would look to have completed trials around the end of this month or early April.

Not sure what BAS has been smoking, but a contract is a contract, it's not a post-it note of maybe a contract, it is a legal document that concludes an agreement.

Absolutely!

ABB and it's USA EV Charger clients will be all over these grants. ABB with the S Series and Power Tower EV can easily provide EV Chargers for the "locations in traditionally underserved and disadvantaged urban, rural and tribal communities" which will have limited grid capacity, if they even have the grid at all.

It states categorically 'contracted'. So regardless of RNS there is no hype, no mist, no deception, the systems are contracted. If not, then you are claiming AFC are lying in an RNS.

We haven't had an update on PT deployments since 23 November 2022 though, and that was for the one at Euston. So the Kier deployment could have happened as far back as 24 November 2022, Kier just keeping it quiet. So we can't categorically say that their deployment has 'only just begun', it could be months old.

DOT's 'Charging and Fueling Infrastructure' Five-Year Program Will Fund EV Progress in Underserved Areas

Known as the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure or CFI program, the grants will be doled out over a five-year period, with an emphasis on both highway chargers but also locations in traditionally underserved and disadvantaged urban, rural and tribal communities.

A statement from the Department of Transportation said the grants will be targeted to “fill gaps in the national charging and alternative-fueling network.”

The $2.5 billion in funding is split evenly into two tracks: a Community Program which seeks to strategically distribute chargers in underserved locations in cities and communities; and a Corridor Program, which will focus on highways with the goal of establishing Alternative Fuel Corridors to enable gasoline-free cross-country travel and longhaul trucking.

The money builds on a separate $5 billion in federal money dedicated to growing a nationwide network of EV chargers specifically along highways.
