CH-1a could be drilled before October quite easily, but if not, it won't be far behind the pipeline, so maybe just a few months of NT-1 + NT-2 + possible sidetrack before CH-1a joins the party. Hardly something to trash the upside on when it'll be priced in once the drill starts.

So if drilling is not completed before October, then it can go ahead in early December.

And besides (!) that, CH-1a will be drilled before the gas pipeline is connected in October for sure, so the revenues from CH-1a + NT-1 + NT-2 + possible NT-1 sidetrack could hardly be described as insignificant.

When will AEX get $$$? If the pipeline is accepting gas in October, then first revenues I'd expect 2-3 months later, so if we said end of October then $$$ end of December or end of January 2024.

45% = $127.53m = £106.27m = 17.54p EPS
40% = $120m = £100m = 16.50p EPS
35% = $105m = £87.5m = 14.44p EPS

Conclusion:
1) ALL will be able to pay good dividends
2) Multiply the EPS by 10 or 15 to get a rough share price guess
3) Or say the dividend is 10p, if that is a 5% return for investors then the share price would be 10 / 5 * 100 = 200p
