AEX with cash in the bank to cover well past Gas revenues starting, plus a massive free carry on further wells, plus nil cost pipeline leaving more cash for development, means the risk level has plummeted. AEX will be on ii radar.

ii's always look at long term hold. Their internal policies govern their buying style, and it is long term, mainly because their funds are focused on massive pension pots for governments and huge organisations.

ii's do not do short term trading, that is just garbage to try and talk down the notion that ii's would buy up AEX at this price, which they will, once they are sure that they won't get diluted or delayed, which they will be assured of at the AGM.

As I said,. IF BIG NEWS HITS THE WIRE. That is what will make the price move further and faster with less shares to go round, and that's stating the obvious too.

With the amount of cash UJO has, plus the continuous and rising profits, UJO may not need to put those shares back into the market, they are only keeping the shares "just in case". They could end up cancelling them, nobody knows.

The RNS from Kodal Minerals is worth a read, as it’s the same scenario for DMS as ALL, but gives some idea of cost and benefits, and a photo of the DMS.

So, if using the same system as Kodal, production could be up and running in a year, instead of two. That and the cost would depend on who ALL bought their DMS from, and the differences between infrastructure setup.

And Government overhaul might get them seriously wanting the savings afforded by MSAR and bioMSAR.

I just picked this up from today's KEFI RNS (not something I hold, just have them on a watchlist).

"SAUDI ARABIA
Despite making two significant discoveries in Saudi Arabia since entering the country in 2008, our progress has only progressed rapidly in the past 18 months as a result of Saudi Arabian Government regulatory overhauls. The country's prospectivity for further discovery is widely recognised and the international industry is mobilising at the invitation of the Government."

Perhaps Saudi will soon progress rapidly for QFI? Cutting Government red tape would certainly help with that.

The share buyback is to create bigger dividends for the shares remaining in the market.

Not cancelling them is to ensure that IF the company needs any funding down the line, that it can put the stock held in treasury back into the market. This means no need to do a discounted placing or open offer, plus the company hopefully makes a profit on the buy sell prices.

In the meantime there are less shares in the market, and thus good news (which we've not had anything really major yet) will move the price further and faster due to reduced supply of stock to feed any high demand.

UJO is already well undervalued. As the cash pile keeps growing and bigger dividends paid, more ii's will take notice, and the price will start moving up.

When you consider that he was working for ABB on Data Centres, and ABB have been telling clients about the AFC systems with Methanol and Ammonia for quite a while, including having said systems listed in their Data Centre Microgrid offerings, it comes as no surprise that he can say "I can see immense opportunities for the technology and the Company's flex fuel strategy", as he knows how many ABB clients were seriously interested in the AFC systems and we're queueing up for them.

The thing with thin Italian ham is that if you hold it up to the light you can see right through it, just like you can see right through his façade and fiction on here. Same with RoJo, etc.

With gas into the pipeline in October, three wells into the pipeline late this year or very early next year, I expect to see a lot of ii's at the AGM, garnering information and getting questions answered ahead of the huge transformation of Aminex from explorer to significant Gas producer with minimal overheads, which to them means big profits, and very tasty dividend percentages if they buy the stock at the current price. They will want to be assured that Aminex is past the delays and fund raisings of old, and on the way to good times for investors (which the real investors on here already know it is, but PI's take more risk than ii's).

As an example of how long it might be before the results and AGM, in 2019 the results were out on 12 April, and the AGM was on 1 May.

Ah, that was 2021. Last year it was 7 April, but this year looking more like 14th.
