Look at the one year chart. Specifically, look at the drop from April 2022 to October 2022 followed by the rise from there. Look how the drop was mirrored from October 2022 to February 2023, now the rise, which could also mirror last year's and go back to 2.5p.

With Morocco trials and MSC POC it may just do that on expectations, rather than chart self fulfillment.

And neither of those valuations include anything for the Ammonia Cracker.

Of course it's not. They are the one's professionally trained to value companies, and they both agree. If they were really different then you'd maybe think that of the higher one, but not when they concur.

I said yesterday that having a separate Ammonia Cracker division means it could be sold off later and would interest oil majors, as it fits their fuel supply business perfectly.

I have thought of another reason it would interest oil majors. They use huge amounts of Hydrogen in the refineries, usually sourced by reforming natural gas, with it's associated emissions.

Fast forward to AFC large scale low CAPEX Ammonia Cracker and they could significantly reduce emissions by using green Ammonia to give them the Hydrogen for their refineries.

So it would be a win-win for an oil major to buy the Ammonia Cracker division and it's IP, once scale up and mass manufacturing is done.

180p or 195p, you can pretty much say they agree that AFC is heading for a valuation 9x it's current one.

I notice the con man isn't posting on CWR, even though it's market cap is £678m despite a loss of £51m for the year, and despite that loss announced today, their share price is rising.

How does he explain that with his numbers plucked from the air? He can't, because like all con men he is just thowing out numbers to try and convince investors that his ridiculous claims have some credibility when they don't, which is what make him a con man.

Valuation is about:

1) Intellectual Property, of which AFC has significant amounts that underpin a large amount of it's Market Cap, including the Ammonia Cracker which is now proven and thus valued a lot higher.

2) Products and markets, of which AFC has products to sell into multiple multi-billion pound per annum markets and added another one yesterday.

3) Clients and partners, of which AFC has the humungous ABB, the huge Acciona, plus many others considered large in terms of their potential to buy large amounts of product from AFC, such as the oil majors and utilities advised by AB yesterday.

Con men that just want to post financials are either trying to talk it down, which this one clearly is, or they are just a bean counter that should stick to FTSE-100 stocks.
