RE: Near term share price catalysts29 Mar 2023 14:30
The biggest failing of QED, one which keeps repeating itself, is that when they know they will need funds they do not just go out and raise funds.
What they do instead, every time, is tell the market they will need funds, which severely undermines the share price or it's ability to rise on good news until after the funding is completed.
This is about the worst case of shooting themselves in the foot that I can imagine, as it prevents them getting the best price in the market for the fundraising, and is a constant anchor on the share price.
For Christ's sake, just go and get money WHEN YOU NEED IT, stop telling the market ahead of it!
