The biggest bit that sticks out to me is how much money QFI could be making from MSC, staggering amounts from just 8% of it's fleet:

They are not a general Fuel Cell or electronics testing company, they test products for automotive manufacturers prior to those automotive manufacturers taking the products onto bigger trials. The fact is there are no links anywhere between IAV and ABB, and ABB have their own state of the art factory in Italy where most of us were expecting the Fuel Cell to be tested. Testing at IAV makes no sense unless another company, or several, were there to see it.

If IAV have the AFC Fuel Cell, I'd say from their 'About Us' page that it is most likely linked to a vehicle manufacturer. Nowhere can I find any links between them and ABB, they even have their own EV charger partner and it's not ABB. Everything they do is linked to transport, including their software development, digital, etc, but no links to ABB anywhere. This gives me even more reason to believe that the AFC Fuel Cell was there for another company (or maybe more) to see it tested. VW have to be top of the list, being 50% owner of IAV, but IAV also have numerous other vehicle manufacturer clients (see link on previous post on this thread).

They hold a lot of stock at much lower prices, so paying 60p is not going to up their average price by much.

Maybe, just maybe it was being tested for one of IAV's and ABB's motor or other OEM manufacturer clients as well? Hence two birds, one stone, ABB can see it tested there and so can the IAV + ABB client. The RNS wording fits this scenario "witnessed by representatives from ABB E-mobility" as if it was there for more than just ABB.

VW (a client of IAV) had an article about AFC on several of it's Websites in January 2021, since removed, although I found it still on one a couple of weeks ago but can't remember which one, might have been Spain or somewhere.

Lot's of buying today and a 7.14% rise. Still well below the 37.7p that was the close prior to the BO market manipulation that pushed the price down. That is 32.28% up from here just to get back to what the market considered a very fair valuation 17 trading days ago. Nothing has actually changed since then other than market manipulation. Project is still going ahead (in fact more confirmation of that from company and Government), DFS, ML, MIIF etc are 17 days closer.
