I think QFI are looking for revenues this year from some projects, which will go towards the MSC costs, avoiding any need for further funding until MSC goes commercial. How it pans out we'll have to wait and see.

3rd December 2013 the share price hit a high of 51.25p, off the back of the Maersk trial. On 29 August 2013 QFI announced that contracts had been signed with Maersk for the LONO.

At that time the company had 758,844,761 shares in issue, fully diluted.

So the all time MCap high is £388,907,940, a mere 18x the current MCap!!!

As said, the high was off the back of the Maersk trial, so we could possibly be up there somewhere on the back of the MSC trial later this year and into next year. In new money that would be around the 27.5p mark for £388m MCap.

Along the way, with the other projects signed off and progressing, we will surely be heading in the right direction well ahead of that. 10p looks achievable, so does 15p, and with the MSC trial additional to that we could see a new all time high late 2022 or early 2023.

Rather than look at share price, you should look at Market Cap. Currently QFI is at £22.5m (peanuts, as we all know. So here's the MCap at different share prices, all the way up to +£500m.

The share price will be back above 1.20 in no time, that is the benefit of having a placing that gives AEX enough cash to last to gas sales, it means AEX now has only negligible risk of any further dilution in the next 2 Years and 8 months, it is as risk free an investment as you could possibly dream of.

Ignore the garbage about dilution, it has already happened and is therefore meaningless now. You can't go back and change history, nobody can.

All that matters now is the price you can BUY at, which is currently at big discount to what it will be very soon. So ignore the basher con men trying to talk it down, think logically, they are spouting garbage.

I am happy with the suggestion that S4 need to give PWC more info, as that is the LEAST worrying of all the scenarios, it means that once S4 give PWC what they need, then PWC will finish their work and sign off the accounts, and the share price will be straight back to the £4-£5 range. If buying carries on at the rate it was on Friday, the overhang could be cleared well before we get an RNS on the 3D. It will only be one or two placees that are in it for the quick profit, the rest will hold for much better prices, we can see that by the way the 2m and 2.5m sells were only fed into the market to feed buying, there was no frenzy to the selling which multiple sellers would cause, so the overhang may not be that big or long. Eclipse certainly won't be selling any for example.

I wonder when he will be free to buy and how many he will buy?

As he said on the call, there's a lot going on with contract signing lined up, so he can't buy right now. Looking at the timeline he's unlikely to be able to buy until May or June, and will likely pay a decent premium on today's share price, not that it will bother him as he's looking long term anyway.

He's definitely been in the £150k to £300k a year bracket for well over a decade, so shouldn't be short of a few bob. I'd hope for maybe £50k to £100k of stock at 3p-4p in late May or early June. That would certainly underpin the share price.

As per the buying on Friday, demand is strong already, which makes sense when PI's, Fund Managers, ii's, HNW and UHNW all know that AEX now has only negligible risk of any fund raising between now and the end of 2024, it cannot get any safer than this as far as cash levels and potential future dilution go.

Also, the same people should know that AEX will see CH-1 and at least a couple of other wells drilled between now and end of 2024, one each year would be 3 as a minimum, but with good planning and organisation (which APT appear to have mountains of) it could easily be a few more.

Each well adding to the level of production when it starts at end of 2024 will increase the AEX share price.

Once the placing overhang is cleared (the reason the stock bashing con men are on here lying about AEX and trying to sow doubt and fear) then the share price will shoot up, but in the meantime it is a big opportunity to average down and load up on the cheap stock, as it's never going to ever be this cheap again. The drillable months are more than some think:

If AEX are going to get the loan off APT to do the KN-1 workover, we will know about it in the next few weeks, as they will have to announce it soon if they want to do it this Year.

As for how risky KN-1 is to get back online, AEX have different views to some on here, as they have been planning to do it for a long time, so the experts, those in possession all of the technical information on the well, must consider it worth doing.

Compartments, yes, we got 6.5BCF from the compartment in the upper perforated region. There is still a lot more gas down there, and the lower compartment is untouched, hence why AEX considered it worthwhile tapping.

And AEX DID use the receivables as a bargaining chip for getting KN-1 back online. The Gov't paid up, so the Gov't would EXPECT AEX to get KN-1 back up and running, this may also be covered by the demand for gas within 18 months.
