The target on the chart, based on the downtrend section from end of December 2021, is 450p.

If results are ok then I'm thinking most PI's and traders will aim for that 450p, but with the Estée Lauder news then it could interest the ii's a lot more, and break out above that 450p.

That is a big delayed trade, worth £50.95k. Impossible to tell if it was a filled buy or filled sell though, hopefully a buy that has cleared the overhang, tomorrow we will see.

Thanks InvestorSteve for the article link. After reading it I think that the majority of it has no relevance to the case at hand, and what does have relevance does not give us any more knowledge about the situation than we had prior to reading it. A case of a journalist trying their best to get a story, but ending up with nothing of value to investors.

I'm still sticking with the theory that PWC just wanted more information on the acquisitions, and that S4 will have had no choice but to supply it, if they want the accounts signed off.

The fact that PWC have not resigned as Auditor tells us that this is being sorted out and we will get the accounts.

For me, S4 has minimal downside potential (having already dropped to silly money) vs very decent upside potential (of anything from £4 upwards, depending on the results), so is a great buy at this price IMVHO.

They are not rollovers.

A rollover would be say a -10,000 followed closely by a 10,000, you can't delete one half of that transaction, you'd have to delete both trades. In the case of today's trades only one part has been deleted, so they are fat finger mistakes which are deleted and replaced by a trades with correct details.

Was it a rollover?
If so, did they cancel both the sell trade and buy trade of that rollover.

Looking at the trades it just looks like deleted fat finger trades.

Some may say a deal will be required for QFI to go up, but I can show many times where QFI has gone up on speculation only.

Speculation that Maersk would sign the LONO deal
Speculation that Saudi would complete the signing of agreements for the power trial
Speculation that Maersk would complete the LONO
Speculation that Morocco would sign their agreement
And the list goes on.

QFI does not need signed deals for the price to go up, the whole stock market goes up on speculation, including QFI. As the old adage goes, buy on rumour - sell on news, and enough still do this to make a material difference to share prices.

AEX would be left with 21.25%
But would AEX still be carried to $35m, or would it be $35m minus 15% (-$5.25m = $29.75m )?
Or because AEX sold APT part of the project, would the TPDC have to pay AEX for the 15% ($5.25m) that they are carried by?

You only have to look at what joe posts to see what ramping actually is. Seeing the positive aspects of a stock and posting about them does not make someone a ramper, and clearly my posts are nothing like the baseless ramping garbage that joe posts. The only people that would complain about my posts are the one's rightfully on my filter list for talking garbage.

I doubt there are any shorters here yet as the margin is way too small. There are however a lot of stale bulls to get rid of, but once they are gone the price will be free to go up on speculation that a deal, or a few, will be signed in April.
