The share price would not only move on contracts, it can also move on rumour, on a big ii or UHNW deciding to grab a stake before news, on shipping and power industry policy decisions, on Government legislation, on IMO legislation and many other things not related to contracts. If it moved on rumour tomorrow to 50p you'd also celebrate. So back Tuckman all you like, you are only joining him in self denial.

I took it DIS was just going to release a blended malt, not a single malt.

A blended can be released a lot quicker, as the malts are in the barrels and already aged, just take some of each and blend them, bottle it, brand it and sell it.

As per the first Ardgowan RNS:

"Within the Manufacturing Agreement (see below) Ardgowan will assist, through their Whisky Distiller, the sourcing and crafting of blended malts purchased in cask from third party distilleries. These whiskies will be branded, owned and marketed by Distil and sold through the Company's own distribution network."

It goes on to say:

"Malt whisky is an attractive high value, high margin, high growth category. Opportunities for the joint development of future malt whisky products will be explored enabling Distil to further broaden its brand portfolio once Ardgowan whisky stock has sufficiently aged (minimum of three years). Distil expects to launch a range of Distil branded premium malt whiskies in 2021/22"

My shares only cost me 0.8p so I can wait for a decent return, but SG needs to get on with selling RedLeg, as he is the one that told us that selling brands is the core strategy of DIS, yet he's not sold a single brand since he's been here.

The overhang is clearing already, hence the price has just moved up 10.3% to 0.91.

Some can dream about shares being dumped, others will take advantage of the price today, as it's clearly been days since the placing and the price has not been forced any lower than the placing price, so no dumping exists, and the only way is up.

That might work for some, but it's not 'best' for everyone, as there is great potential for a decent profit in the short term, all it takes is for the results issue to be resolved and the results published with nothing unusual impacting them, then the price will quickly go up to 450p no problem. If the results are also bullish then 550p must be on the cards as a minimum.

Absolute garbage.

Some of the shares are owned by Eclipse for a start, and the will NOT be sold. Other shares are held by funds with a longer term view of a year to several years, so they will NOT be sold either.

Some shares will be sold, and they are already being sold for the small margin that the placee was willing to accept.

All you are doing is trying to put people off buying the shares while they are dirt cheap, also known as 'subtle deramping' and it's so transparent.

People should buy NOW, before the overhang is cleared and the MM's mark it up to put their placee mates into a nice on paper profit, exactly the same as happens with EVERY placing done by any company.

Because they want the price lower so they can get back in.

They don't believe a word of what they post, it's just a façade to their trading position, don't fall for their mind games.

Saying "Couldn’t care less about the share price" is self denial, of course you care about the share price. If the share price hit 50p tomorrow or 0.00001p, that would easily be evident, whether you try to push it into your subconscious or not.

I generally do not focus on the share price, I prefer to look at the future when BioMSAR and MSAR are commercialised and QFI sales are expanding to several shipping companies.

The 2p or not 2p was clearly a tongue in cheek pun, but hey ho!

His psychology and business methods are at the core or the company. He does not make all these deals himself, he has dozens of people to do it for him. So the company would continue doing what it is doing, not that anyone is expecting anything to happen to him anytime soon anyway.

I don't invest based on the age of the boss, I invest based on the company metrics, economic situation, and potential upside, and so should everyone else.

PWC still not resigned as Auditors. This tells us that the issue is being worked on and is not something PWC do not want to be associated with, which is very positive. I'm still thinking we'll hear something by Friday.

Nice update. All still going well. Blackwood's still growing. Redleg still the brand worth the most money and the brand we should sell ASAP to take this company to the next level with multiple new brands funded. DIS hugely undervalued. Not much else you can say really, is there.

I see the battery as:

1) System start up (something has to power the computerised control systems, electronic valves, Nitrogen purging, etc)
2) Providing power for end use prior to the FC system being up and running (suppose the battery was 10kWh, that is 1 hour of use, with the FC up and running well within that)
3) As a power buffer, to smooth out the power from the FC stacks

I doubt it has anything to do with electrode longevity.
