I don't think I'm important at all. The information I post hopefully has some importance to some investors, it has to me, hence I post it for others to see it.

I have plenty of empathy for others, so long as they are not con men, as they are bad people so do not deserve any empathy.

I don't need any admiration, I don't give a flying fork what people think of me.

I don't think I'm unique or deserving of special treatment. There are plenty of people on here that are also providing good info for free, that also do not expect anything in return.

Things could sure start getting interesting as we head towards 3D Seismic results and then drilling.

Who remembers that the oil is believed to have moved up-dip, from the basin to onshore? Who remembers we chased this oil at Likonde and had oil shows, and looked again for it further up-dip at Ntorya where we also had oil shows? And now we are drilling even further up-dip at Chikumbi.

Many TCF's of Gas will be great, but the oil had to go somewhere, and wherever it is there could be a lot of it....

Hiiroc could get VERY interesting this year. They also have BIG partners funding them with BIG money, which means a LOT of due diligence has been done on whether their system works or not. The fact the big money is being invested suggests it passed all the scrutiny with flying colours. AFC got in there early and secured their deal, well done AB!!

MSAR and BioMSAR are not about new vessels, they are about cleaning up the existing vessels (many of which have been retrofitted with scrubbers). This includes thousands of cruise ships.

All major cruise lines have emission reduction targets. BioMSAR is just as applicable to existing cruise vessels as it is to freight and fuel vessels. Cruise lines are far more in the face of the public, cruise companies know this, they feel the pressure to clean up their vessels as much if not more than freight and fuel shipping companies that they majority of people have never even heard of.

Shipping is only first in line because of the fixed long routes and bunkering spots. Cruise lines are a bit more tricky logistically, but you can be guaranteed they are on QFI's list.

I have just booked a cruise to the Caribbean, I'm paying for me and a couple of friends to go. The vessel goes back and forth between Puerto Rico and Barbados and there's many others starting and returning to those ports, with many also coming from the US East coast. Plenty of scope there for our Americas partner to supply vessels there. Similar story for the Mediterranean.

Could just be some profit taking, or someone worried that QFI might not get the agreements they hope to by month end. Not a big deal, it is still way higher than it was a couple of months ago, and stale bulls leaving just makes room for new investors to pick up the ball and run with it.

The BID and ASK are advertised by the MM's.
The automated reporting tries to work out which trades are buys/sells based on the trade price vs the MM's advertised prices.
If the MM's accept deals well below their advertised ASK prices, or well above their advertised BID prices, then the automated systems have difficulty working out whether a trade is a buy or sell.
To me this opens up stock to MM manipulation, by advertising prices way off what they are doing the deals for, as these MM's know full well how the automated reporting systems work, and how to manipulate them.
It is more likely however, that the advertised BID and ASK picked up by the automated reporting systems are the average of several MM's prices. All it then needs is one MM to offering really good prices in either direction for the automated reporting to be wrong.
This is why I do regular dummy trades (online deals where I get a price but do not accept) to check what is actually being offered on the BID / ASK.

Another attack on 360p tomorrow. Having gone up 10p today, it's not as far away tomorrow.

Absolutely!! The MM's MUST keep a float of stock in order to ensure they can maintain an orderly market when news hits. People do not just buy through matched trades on SETS, they also buy from and sell to MM's, either through SETS or outside of it.

The usual garbage about 'for every buyer there is a seller' is just that, garbage.

When the MM's float drops, they increase the price, and vice versa. This is how the market has always operated. The buyer/seller on the other end of your trades can easily be an MM, which is someone with no interest in the stock, no sentiment for the stock whatsoever, so calling them a buyer or seller is missing the point, all they are doing is ensuring liquidity and making some money by doing that.

With Permian Investment Partners chucking in a staggering £15m odd in their latest increase, who knows at what price they will stop accumulating. If they see £5.50 soon and £10 next year, then they could just keep loading up at much higher prices, especially if they are eyeing £10. I bet they are still hoovering up the loose stock.

They could have already started (maybe even finished?) the scanning over the tight CH-1 area, as a subsection of the larger area, using the lines that we can now see. That would ensure they reach the spud date on time. The wider area does not need to be analysed yet, so it can wait.

But those drafting and signing the RNS, and the NOMAD, and legal advisors, all know about the RNS well before it goes for filing, whether under an embargo or not. It has to be checked by everyone for mistakes, checked for legal issues that could affect the stock once it is issued. Any of the people involved could leak info before that RNS appears to us.
