Nicely put, just look at DEBs and HoF.........how come they don’t have any freehold property? Retail has to be for the long term.........both online and attractive retail. I enjoy the interaction with shop assistants........best way to get numbers from real people.

Just wait for the impairment charge on Wagamama in the next result. They always do it, cost of finance will balloon too which leaves us with nothing. Zero freehold properties means total waste of money.

Why don’t Mike Ashley buy shopping malls then? He keeps buying worthless shares in dying companies instead of buying shopping malls and improving shopper experience / online sales.

Not a good signal, the U.K is not all that attractive because of political drama that is killing business optimism. Thanks to all the politicians who started this psycho drama........can’t we just put business & economy first?

Retail traders getting whacked, intu playing along with it.........The noise is that we are all going to stay at home and do our shopping online! What a sad angle, online shopping is so boring that the hype will fade soon! Intu has to diversify its portfolio in order to attract better footfall.

It would be nice to say goodbye to 160s...........190p looking good only if we avoid political noise / drama. This climb is too fast for me....nearing break even already! I was hoping to remortgage once we get to 120p in order to load up on both VOD shares and bonds.

This could go to 180p before stalling, most weak buyers are jumping out early at a loss or break even. Almost 30p recovered in a short time..........another 30p recovery once NR gives us another great update.
What a sweet buy for those who piled in below 150p!

It seems VOD is immune to general market noise...........the rise from 144p is so good. I will be happy as long as we don’t make lower lows. 170p close tomorrow?

Nice post there, just strange that VOD has been creeping up but he seems to just get bitter everyday. Maybe his stops got closed out.....ouch! VOD is ready to climb and keep climbing but the only problem is the political noise.....ATB

Ask yourself why Comcast paid £30 billion for Sky when it could have started a new company. CNA still has E&P assets. Too much focus on British Gas, the market has paid news outlets to bash the brand but CNA is much more! Read their annual report then you know management is the missing link.
