We have regulators that enable Ponzi scheme in this country, once a company goes public then it should not be able to hide anything. Execs use borrowing and long dated bonds to overpay themselves.......they should all get paid via cash profit. I don’t believe the lies just force those execs to pay.......I hope Barclays and Lloyd’s shorted the stock since they knew it was Ponzi all along. Banks and auditors have upper hand when it comes to shorting a stock!
FRC must force companies to allow independent shareholders (pension fund / income fund) to appoint an external auditor (not for profit / NAO type) who would go through a company’s book like a sniffer dog.

I am sure DJ can put a sell order at 220p for his shares, problem is it won’t be snapped up!

Most VOD Investors (funds / pensions) only want income so they loan out the shares which hedgies and MMs use to screw retail traders. You can complain if the divi is slashed below €0.10.

Wait till we start selling our hidden assets like the majority stake in spirit energy and tiny stake in the dying nuclear Assets. CNA has so many businesses that look good on paper but badly managed and loaded with debt. What’s the point of going to school when only the dumb entitled bastards are in charge.......CVR, CLLN, CAKE, Keir, CPI, BT, VOD, GE, PFD, ITV, Flybe, intu, deb, dc........just to mention a few!

I was talking about Dominic Chappell......if he had his way he could have floated BHS on AIM and sucked in private investors money. Most of the businesses on AIM and even on FTSE All share are worthless and shouldn’t be listed. They need to issue secured bonds instead of listing, private investors are being used as the bag holders since interest rate is so low. My advice is screw the market for a while till the regulators clamp down on them.

All execs sold all the shares they got via options / awards. That’s a sign to figure out the next CAKE........Chris marsh had a funny option which was a warning itself .....666,666 shares (666) sold it all for 100% profit instantly.

I thought the Luke Johnson guy was a rich mogul, all hype hey! They all want to rip-off private investors........thank god BHS went bust before that crook could list it on AIM.
I will be trying to do the same thing myself......float a local chippy on AIM........haha!
Lying Johnson should take CAKE private for IPO price or worse at 50p per share if he actually has any money.......

My first task would be to upgrade itvhub to look like Netflix then bundle it in Netflix so that their subscribers can add £2 per month extra if they truly love ITV exclusive programs without adverts. Standalone itv hub will be available on PS4 too and anywhere in order to share ad revenue. Targeted advert would be the next phase, simply listen to the ad buyers then give them all they want.

By the way I am jealous that TW and other house builders have rallied hard already........almost 30% up from lows!

350p is the target by 2021.

Do you even read facts or how things work? You seem to be confusing national grid with CNA, the sector is heavily regulated but most of the big six carry huge debt that must be serviced. Ofgem is the number 1 enemy, the BOD is the number 2 enemy........overpaid people who do $hit job in both cases!
So many tiny companies rushed in to compete, why? There must be money in it, I don’t see many new companies in other sectors like telecoms.

If the U.K was a company, the whole board would have been sacked by the shareholders by now. Absolutely inept people who can’t answer simple questions.........itv can do better and I am positive about the ability to double revenue within 5 years.

Safer to invest in the local chippy than useless companies with overpaid crooks.

private investors get swindled everyday by the city, about time private investors move into cash and gilts until FCA, LSE and the audit regulator stop enabling Ponzi.

It all depends on VOD’s next update, the market wants growth stories (revenue & customer), engaging more millennials (crap), increasing profit margin (gross would do), launch of new products (hype, blockchain based), cost cutting (back office / execs) and improvement in EM units!

Brexit hasn’t stopped people from watching TV, if a quality show from itv studios comes out now........ITV won’t be able to show it as the ad market is not paying them a good rate so they will give it to bbc. Imagine if itv hub was embedded in Netflix and Amazon and we get paid £2 a month per subscriber that choose itv hub as a add-on! I don’t know how many streaming accounts customers can handle - Netflix, Amazon, NowTV........hard to persuade them to signup just to itv and must be bundled.

I am glad you agree with me on one thing...........VOD is a pension that you shouldn’t cash out but take income from. It’s more like annuities.......give up the capital for a steady income! NR as a financial engineer can maintain divi if he wants but may slash payout to improve balance sheet. 7p annual divi is still generous so we should all bulk up here and never sell.
