Anyone here without certificate shares and whose names don’t appear on the share register are not shareholders. Most of us are don’t even own real shares as our brokers might not even hold them physically but via options.

Guys, we’ve seen VOD’s bottom as long as NR and JPM are done with their clever MCB and “hedging” options. NR is 100% confident that liberty deal will get the green light. The demand for VOD debt is really strong so 50% of divi is guaranteed.

The dumb britbox won’t cut it so divi cut is coming, followed by a new younger / media & Ad specialist CEO. ITV is a buy with a 5 year recovery to 200p.

Why go into a commercial business with a partner that is publicly funded? BBC has a different culture when it comes to advertising and product placement. Itv hub and iplayer must be scrapped in order to make britbox work........makes zero commercial sense when itv hub + can be improved and get exclusive shows first before going to broadcast TV.
The BBC is like a typical inefficient oldschool U.K local councils who waste money on $hit.

Big boys always buy protection, Conn and his other crooks will always buy some options to protect their purchase. CEOs that don’t mention how bad the SP has performed must be under the influence of MMs too, he could be borrowing money from the MMs bank unit to buy shares.........execs are 110% shady!

I don’t think Liberty will make us an offer, itv is so old school that it ran towards BBC for help instead of working with a streaming giants or social media companies that are taking its advertising revenue. ITV would do better working with Facebook and google than working with tax dependent BBC. I am sure google / FB can deliver £1b extra Ad revenue per year while Netflix and Amazon will be good customers if ITV studios come up with dramas with global / european appeal.........britbox just sounds single / close minded.

Entertainment One SP gives me some hope but I am not sure about the CEO’s strategy.

Some folks here say this market is not manipulated.........haha, the joke is on you! I think we need to pay attention to volume and closing price from today till Friday. The prospective co-bond buyers have a price in mind which must be matched before they give €4b to NR..........it’s not manipulation but hmmm!

The big boys are happy collecting 1.4% - 2% coupon yearly till 2022 but we need to pay attention to the call & put options that VOD enters with JPM and other MMs.

Just a better way for iis to buy shares with some form of guarantee / safety at much lower price.

MMs will make huge loss if we retail investors keep buying and ignore the paper losses!

The money is in battery now, those investors will ensure their investments are protected. ITM needs an H2 obsessed car maker.......H2 needs its own Tesla. The major automakers are pouring money into battery which is ok but we need H2 to be incorporated into EVs to charge the batteries.

They won’t let it happen because naked shorting would be dangerous, right now.....JPM is trying to close out most retail holders’ long VOD CFDs by driving the shares down. I get it, all that juicy divi they pay early at ex-div dates must be recouped and then some.

The dodgy LSE could have introduced digital shares whereby our shares would be held individually in our private wallet / account. No need for brokers...........DMA all day! My ETFs have returned 10% while Indy shares have plunged to below 2008 level if you add inflation on top.

I trade no - leverage, full replicated liquid ETFs now.........all doing better than holding indy shares that can be easily manipulated. I know some dumb folks here will start defending crooked LSE again, dumb retail holders thinking the market was built for them. How does JPM make money? They are MM and mop up cheap shares by hunting stops.
