is the main problem here, the CEO needs to release RNS stating that it would become a pure Fintech company and ditch all branches while opening more accessible offices..........boom the SP would triple overnight. This market is crazy, just look at Ocado, Amazon, Netflix, adyen, Paypal and much more. Paying good divi or making profit is boring, just being a Fintech/ biotech/ online robo-grocer is the real deal.

The directors will get huge bonuses if the sp hit 40p which would be way too expensive for Gatemore. I think a low offer of 20p / 25p could be tabled by Gatemore. What the F is wrong with the MMs here, don’t they recognise the huge director buys and holdings? Also most debt has been converted to equity so more cash to invest and run the company efficiently.

The effect of adding when sp is rising is super positive and could even bubble the sp. most people buy more when they are losing money, the best time to top up is when sp is rising as you are creating extra demand.

I still don’t know what Netflix is waiting for, they can easily buy iTV without doing any due diligence at 250p a share. They can then generate massive ad money from itv while pushing older Netflix content to itv. Our dear itv generates good cash and profit even with rubbish programs they have now, imagine they get some Netflix content plus sports and some well produced originals........boom! Super dumb to pay so much in divi compared to earnings per share and considering the investment needed to modernise, reduce debt and offer better services. CNA are into the connected home business which is currently very expensive, the huge divi could be used to bring cost down, re-position as an Energy tech company and boom the sp would triple within a year.

If anyone can afford to waste money on conversion then it has to be tfl. Forget about Toyota and FCEV cars, what about FCEV vans in an online shopping world? ITM needs to look for JV with delivery companies and van manufacturers first......i don’t see hydrogen cars on the road for another 5 years.

Valuations are crazily high in the states while we are super negative. ITV needs to be taken over, scrapping the dumb divi alone would save money.
