Don’t you guys read rns fully? All shares (awarded) sold by directors were to cover tax and NI and they held on to greater amount of their free shares too. The only insider traders here are MMs who knew loads of shares were coming to the market.

Standard life and Paulson are the main problem here, they are useless and need to sell to a bigger company then reinvest in that company to capture the growth or divi that they are expecting from this useless board. Why can’t they just sell to Nissin or McC then reinvest in them?

They make money loaning out shares while shareholders get nothing. Those that sell at loss lose out as their shares were on loan already and MMs would be happy to buy lower. FCA must ban share lending, shorting should be strictly via derivatives only.

Still don’t know why the market is discounting the demand from EV market. Our CEO should have bought Chargemaster 4 years ago on the cheap.

Our turn next year, Shell would be our best option. I will be studying chargemasters number to see what price ITM could get offered.

ITV CEO pushed back on this too, if its banned on tv then it should be banned online. ITV needs to start showing those scam adverts that google and Facebook make most of their money from. Fake penis enlargement pills, get rich quick scams, bitcoin Ponzi, fake jobs, fake diet pills, escort services, fake online training and so much more. The government is so dumb along with the dumb chef who can’t even look after his restaurants properly. Junk food ads on TV is perfectly good.

It’s ok to be greedy once we get the hype and noise we deserve. The numbers don’t really matter, just the buzz alone can push us ten-fold easily. ITM would be a unicorn if it was a startup, I really don’t get the excessive valuation placed on useless unicorns who just mimic mature companies.

The NEXO is gonna be our saviour as more HRS would be needed, I hope Linde snaps up ITM as it is too small to lead the way. Linde will crush us if we don’t accept any reasonable offer.

A mobile HRS would make sense too, I see BOC (part of Linde) supplying pubs and other companies with gas, now how about using an app / call to order hydrogen for your car at home in advance? ITM is sleeping on the wheel.

70p is a long stretch......60p is the offer mate. Dodgy Darby fudged the books, McC took a look and walked, MMs took a look and sold down the shares! We need a new CEO that can patch things up cleverly then crawl up to McC or Nissin and beg to be taken over!

6 -7% Sales tax, huge debts, print more money, encourage VCs, huge 0% startup loans. Europe is too scared to do it like the Americans do. $20t debt , bubbly stock market........Tesla would be trading below book value if it was an european company. Netflix would be trading at maximum 30x PE.
We need to live large now (my generation) and dump the liabilities on to the next ones, this is the norm and the cycle needs to be continued and not stalled. ECB and BOE are the enemies here as I can’t get a huge 3% interest unsecured loan for my business. That is 500% more than the current base rate and my startup could have been a huge bubble too.

I still don’t buy the trade war crap. E.U can use this opportunity to replace America as the top trading block. I get it that the U.K is a basket case but VOD is a global company.

Their bondholders and connected shareholders don’t want PFD to break the chains just yet. So much money to be made loaning out shares which doesn’t belong to them. If ESMA bans fund managers And those that don’t own shares outright, then we might have some transparency in the market.

VOD didn’t fall this low when FTSE was below 6000. Your analysis is pure garbage......stop linking the FTSE100 to individual stock. I guess if VOD gets a huge windfall the sp would fall as well. The more buyers the better......let’s get back to basics and keep buying Vod.

Add 8 years of divi on top and it doesn’t look that bad. Matured companies are very profitable for MMs and they need to be respected unless we tiny guys start buying millions of shares everyday without selling.

To make money here, you need to keep buying. I told the divi hunters that this would be painful to get out quickly. VOD is super solid so this is just MMs playing games to wipe out the dumb guys on leverage.

I don’t think the market makers are dumb, they have been right since McC walked away! The market does not believe Nissin would make a full bid. They also didn’t get sucked in by the last result.
