Nissin is our obvious hope, we all need to encourage Nissin to table an offer or back Oasis to make some needed changes at board level. If Nissin paid over 60p for their stake, they would show Darby the door.

GD’s departure needs to be confirmed before AGM for oasis to see this through. Darby has the votes in the bag but his woeful record vs remuneration needs to be pasted all over the media. That might bring him down to the real world and do the right thing.

Minor stuff, the chart is looking good now so we can ignore FTSE 100 movement and any bad news from now.

Same guy who was eager to issue multiple profit warnings and blame this and that would have been so happy and proud to issue a positive update before releasing the numbers. Even the city didn’t believe the liar, Carillion doctored their books for more than 10 years. PFD can’t be trusted, McC saw something fishy, Oasis didn’t like the shady setting, Nissin can see nothing but fog hence why they have paused.
A defensive CEO with appalling record is a liar and cannot be trusted.

Theresa May can start with VAT cut to 15%, corporation tax cut to 15%, SDRT cut to 0.1%, VAT on utilities scrapped along with green duty. ISA annual contribution increased to 30k, FCA, Ofcom, Ofgem and sfo all disbanded.

LLoy needs to do a share consolidation as it looks like a penny stock.

I was expecting some defensive rns from the evil Darby today but I guess he is to busy eating frozen custard and Paul Hollywood bread. We might get another fake trading update promising 4 - 6% revenue growth soon. He did it with McC offer and would lie again to remain in charge.

The chairman was handpicked by greedy Darby, write to top shareholders not the thieving board. Challenging market hey! But still take so much cash salary, bonus and juicy shares! The chairman is so stupid to send you a reply like that without noting the gross failure of the CEO. Oasis needs to add the chairman to the firing list and anybody else who is bent on screwing shareholders.

£40k per year is what Darby should have been paid since he was in charge. Overpaying these useless toads make them more useless. I bet PFD have smart people working at lower levels but the dumb guys at the top keep screwing the company over.

Ambrosia Frozen Yoghurt..........Come on PFD. We need some mr Kipling protein bars too. So many tiny new companies selling nut & fruit bars / protein bars. Enough with focus on granny custard, angel delight and rice pudding.......that’s great for school dinners, prison dinners, nhs meals but margin is tight.

I guess even the new protein bar brands are doing better than Pfd. They are a joke, keep wasting money on frozen custard and angel delight when the market is looking for healthy bars, frozen yoghurt and vegan food. The pot noodle copy is bad and super noodles is too expensive. How is pot noodle cheaper than super noodles, GD is a useless office toad and doesn’t spend enough time in supermarkets, corner shops and coffee shops. I think Mr Kipling should have a deluxe range with good ingredients just for coffee shop retail. I can do a better job in just one year than GD has done. I will gut all the execs out and replace them with cheaper but experienced ex PFD workers (basic director fee - £40,000 a year) small bonus only payable if SP stays above 65p.

Keep topping up with spare cash to sustain momentum. BT is not perfect but looks like a solid buy below 270p.

Not sure if we got rns of the stakebuild to 9.3%! Darby played us all with the last results, i don’t believe the numbers as they were much better than anticipated but he failed to tell us in advance. He doctored it only to strengthen his position because of Oasis stance and possible revolt. We need a smaller auditor as i don’t trust kpmg and other big liars. PFD must be audited by a no nonsense auditor.

I got a very nice reply which was down to earth and not some usual robotic AutoResponse crap. They really want every shareholder to ramp up the pressure on Darby! Darby can’t be sleeping well and not sure he really wants to go to work tomorrow. Let’s keep the pressure on him via Twitter tomorrow.

oasis needs to ask McC for help here if PFD is still something they would like to add to their portfolio. A big company is needed to reduce finance costs and gut out the entire useless overpaid executives. Replace them with managers who have close relationships with the real workers at the manufacturing and distribution hubs. Screw the dumb execs!
