Why should a CEO battle hard just to keep his job? He’s an incompetent greedy guy who just can’t face the facts that the SP performance has been woeful. I think 5 years is enough for him to do a good job and a new CEO can do a great job just look at Tesco.

We need help from the dodgy fund managers who are indirect shareholders, I have complained again to FCA about investigating Darby for potential insider trading around the time of the first undisclosed offer by McC and when Nissin bought their stake. It is obvious but they keep ignoring me but another obvious one is Darby mislead investors by promising 2-4% growth in order to justify his rejection of McC’s offer. You are a Darby mole, both the CEO and Chairman are toast. They are mere workers, now back to FCA to report Nissin for insider trading. Nissin should not be allowed to vote for Darby as they are not independent of the dodgy board.

Spirit energy’s value is not reflected in the SP and the way directors have been buying shares shows a lot of confidence. 220p is my target. We need mor buyers buying on the way up not taking profit.

We need a huge share consolidation.......say 10 for 1. Our sp would be 630p, then market can move properly. They would all be on blue chips that offer life essentials not consumer discretionary segment that is being destroyed by online shopping and costs. I am loading up on VOD, BT and LLOY for now. CNA has to get back above 200p as the amount of director buys is ridiculously high. One tempting stock on my radar is INTU which looks cheap but sentiment is against the sector for now but I think another offer could come soon.

If ITM can impress Shell, we would get a juicy offer but we are reliant on FCEV cars which are simply hybrid hydrogen EV. We need Toyota and Hyundai to target mass adoption by businesses and organisations. Any organisation campaigning for cleaner earth must buy FCEV car, TFL must buy only FCEV buses, NHS ambulances must be FCEVs........this must be lobbied for in the parliament.

They wouldn’t have told us about the bid if McC didn’t increase their offer to 60p. 52p offer was more than enough to release rns instantly and seek higher premiums. FCA is not willing to investigate Darby but I will keep reporting this issue till somebody picks up this case. He is a bad guy that thinks he’s King.
