Talk about itv SP, bid rumours, target price, next share to rotate into........talk about making money here and not some cr*p. Same like the f*****g BREXIT, we should be cutting taxes, abolishing SDRT, forcing dumb people to save for their own care instead of drinking themselves to early coma / dementia. European markets are rigged so hard since manipulators don’t get long sentence here like America. European share trading is weak and too conservative as well. Vodafone is a global company in a consumer defensive sector (we all need to communicate) and it has a good debt profile (low interest on bonds). If you can’t ignore the silly moves to the downside and keep buying then you don’t understand how cheap this is trading. 2008 was a dumb year in data / social media terms........usage of services that Vodafone provide has grown like crazy since then so the company’s value must be at least 250p.

My understanding is that Buys are transactions by buyers buying shares from MMs while Sells are those shares that owners try to offload. The MMs stay in between and dictate how much the price must be. The Nissin deal was private and valued at 62p each. My broker (IG) never allows me to put a sell order very far from the manipulated price.

I guess one should hold, I hate to miss merger / offers. I missed out recently with CHOO, SBRY, CITY Fibre, virgin money. I always miss out of the big news and I really won’t forgive myself if I sell here at tiny profit then a 250p offer flies in. I think I am cursed.......most I get is 10% here, 10% there!

Defensive RNS has dried up from Darby, what is next? He needs to put the company up for sale if he wants to keep his ego and win the war against Oasis.

The market is super dodgy and all these trump noise this, trade war that is nonsense. The market is preyed on by sharks that see all the trades. Big boys don’t buy directly / big chunk on LSE......they allow brokers to buy in tiny lots until they reach the target. Why would MMs jack up prices if they know those who can move market go through them or secret darkpool? If tiny buyers don’t keep buying VOD everyday as it is so cheap then this thing will stay lower for longer.

to see european media companies rise but our dear ITV can’t even recover past losses. No bid coming I guess, these levels are great for a cheeky offer (fake premium). I always thought SKY was overvalued above 700p but here we are with offers of almost £15.

How can Comcast and 21CF be fighting over SKY and we are just languishing here. Last time the offer came in for SKY, we went above 200p. This time, 2 American monsters are bidding like crazy yet itv is down. Itv can’t survive on its own and needs to merge with some bigger company very soon.

I told some people here that MMs are going to make people who bought in just for divi sweat before it goes back above 200p. It is just plain and simple, folks that bought on leverage to scheme the high divi would be charges daily and seeing bigger loss than the divi. The MMs are in control until we get die hard buyers who keep buying instead of hoping! A market needs crazy demand to spike up not hope! I am jealous of SKY......I wish I was in that share.

That’s how much Darby got paid in CASH. He spent almost 50 million paying high interest on loans / bonds! There is no corporate governance in the whole U.K and it is painful to read most annual reports. The directors are bankrupting companies on purpose. A dumb guy like GD should be on 150k cash salary + 50% cash bonus if he meets respectable targets. The stupid CFO can go too.......overpaid as well. Shareholders should set a cap on cash salaries if debt is too high. We could have used 60% of all cash salary paid to useless directors to reduce our debt. Lots of people can do Darby’s job for 100k a year!

against the tyrant in charge of PFD. we definitely have 30% of the votes against Darby (oasis + Paulson + tiny holders like us). Darby has at least 40% ( Nissin + City holders who also hold PFD high yield debt + fund managers who are lending shares to shorters). We (positive change camp) need 30% more votes to win this thing as Darby and co seem confident enough not to wave the white flag, chose a date to leave instead of being sacked. CEOs don’t like to be sacked, so I am scared the evil genius has a game plan.

Their cosy deal back in 2016 must be investigated by FCA. Please report the obvious to useless FCA. I have done my bit, more complaints are needed before they work on a case.

GD and KH must be in a very dark place now as they can see the market likes what Oasis is doing. GD was a dodgy guy after rejecting McC offer as he did everything to keep the sp down. Did he falsify the profit warning? Did he increase finance costs and pension cost on purpose to batter the profit? Who knows but one thing is for sure, Oasis are not jokers!

That would be ideal now as ITM needs cash to expand rapidly and take on more contracts. I just can’t see ITM going it alone.

They have done more for the SP than the useless board who are bent on hiding the value of the company while loading the company with more debt! The whole board can go eat horse poo as they are unworthy to be called leaders. GD is a bad person, hiding behind the board, calling barons to prop up his woeful record, wasting money on dumb analysts day with no new info. Damn the trading update is so bad that he can’t put it out early. Dumb Darby needs the SP at 65p + 10% growth since 2016 which is 71.5p if he really likes his job.

I don’t think a special divi is needed, the divi on CNA is mega already so they might use the money for reducing debt and share buybacks.

Nope, stupid brexit is slowing us down and making businesses uncertain. Not a single rumour over the weekend about itv, England won their first real match of the World Cup too which gives itv a showcase but SP is not rallying today.

6% is great, we need more updates on our big holders. Oasis need to keep pushing other big holders to oust Darby.
