I said merger not that itv should buy other 2 stations. They can cut executive numbers / reduce backroom staff while focusing on streaming tech and productions.

Had the chance of break even but didn’t want to miss out of any bid by Nissin to prop Darby! I am tired of PFD as it doesn’t care about the SP......

GD is so dumb but still surprised that his shady ways have been overlooked. He has always tried to push down the SP.

The RNS failed to support the SP, the CEO failed to address shareholder value in the interview. They keep having secret talks with Nissin and don’t tell us. Nissin is so dodgy, they can make an offer publicly instead of the insider trading going on which the FCA has turned a blind eye to.

I can guarantee that VOD would outperform your magic share.......divi reinvestment would kick in very soon! You lack proper depth mate.......just rambling on and on with no insight.

No real numbers except the good looking net debt. DX is ripe for sale, wincanton should just buy us.......20p - 30p?

Itv should scrap divi, cut cost and merge with channel 4 and 5 to become a U.K TV monster. There is some time to adjust and compete with the intruders now but great sacrifices have to be made. The divi is not needed, SP growth would cover that easily.

The crazy guy did not mention anything about the SP. I get it, hide the value until a set date right? May be he wants to stuff his pensions and tax free wrappers to the max with low valuations before a big spike. PFD is not a normal company.

Reuters interview with Darby also paints a calm situation. Darby is GOD seriously and what is wrong with Nissin? They could spend some of that free cash from BOJ.

The dumb CEO has the votes in the bag. I just hope his analysts can support the SP as he seems not too concerned where the SP is currently.
