GD can either persuade Nissin to start buying at 63p on the market or expect things to get heated. Enough with GD and KH sending moles here to try and change our mind. Please can you guys report GD to the FCA as well, thecountofmc has pointed out obvious violations of codes, possible insider info passed to Nissin, email / call trails would be found by investigators if they try. I guess Oasis will be pursuing this route. Gd misled investors about growth in 2016 and lied that he reduced debt personally in 2018. The guy is unreal, belongs in a cheap comedy show.

People here call me crazy for stating the obvious. Thank God you’ve gone through all those RNS and found the obvious dodgy dealings. I would be happy to lose all my money in PFD if FCA and SFO opens a big investigation. It’s not all about money anymore, we are not fools and are not buying dumb lies from GD anymore.

I don’t try to be smart anymore, I do what funds do.........buy and buy some more if company is solid and outlook is positive. Will people stop using VOD services? Just look at Microsoft chart.......so much about it being old school but it is solid, boring but doing ok.

You won’t be here after the divi re-investment bump, this share will always be boring and won’t move like an AIM share but it is a safer option. You seem to be relentless in your pursuit of changing people’s view about VOD. You are not doing a great job and whoever is paying you will cut off the funds soon. You should have shorted poundworld!

Don’t argue with lastcall, just highlight the positives in VOD to remind him that the company is solid. To make good money in shares, you have to sell a dream to people like fevertree and Ocado have done. That’s how you make money mate not by shorting a solid company like VOD.

Keep shorting VOD, it is safe to short now but don’t stay short when growth shares are dumped by funds. I know how this game works..........funds are all connected, they buy same sectors at the same time. Telecoms will have its turn and SP will climb and climb for no real reason.
A fund keeps buying and will only sell when a better opportunity comes up. We retail guys have to think like that too and stop looking at dumb charts every single day. Keep buying and ensure the company and the brand are still attractive.

If you don’t like VOD below 180p then buy Ocado, Asos, Fevertree and other overvalued shares. The day they fall (CPI, Dignity, PFG) you will cry like a baby as they would plunge 40% - 60% in a day. People on here should be talking about divi re-investment boost once it’s paid and trading update along with AGM. The lower it drifts the better for divi re-investment. If VOD was in trouble or looking shaky, the directors would be trying everything to spike up the shares so they can hedge or buy some options to sell at higher prices.

Right now in the U.K, divi seems like “liquidation” instead of being a reward for good performance. Companies should only pay divi out of excess cash that is not needed for investment, debt payment or pension liabilities. This is the same reason why BOE can’t raise rates, people with say £5 million cash or more would just park their cash in any bank paying 3% or more.

So we could have a joint streaming service with channel 4 & 5. BBC needs to be wiped off as they are dinosaurs. £4.99 for ad-free service / app to debut new shows first before it goes to itv1 / itv2 / channel 4 / channel 5. They only have to set it up before amazon / netflix scramble to buy them up.
I would sign up for a year instantly.

GD could have acted like a pro with McC. Same guy from VOD and cable & wireless should know how to keep those juicy free shares tax free...........i expected GD to ask McC to make hybrid cash / share offer. GD would have stayed on and have stake in McC which is a good company. I think the LTIPs are free after 3 years..........

I use IG which is great, I stopped trading CFDs and spreadbets once ETFs became very liquid. I only trade Blackrocks’s ishares ETFs and Vanguard mainly. You can trade forex with no leverage via ETFS forex pairs (no daily charge, no stamp duty) just £5 each trade for frequent trader.

I hold a diversified portfolio, check my past posts........not lost money here. I am not bothered by making money on PFD shares but worried about how one man has put the whole company in a chokehold. The current CEO is conflicted in my opinion but you seem to be defending his record. A man of honour and respect would step down after turning down 65p offer. My average is 45p so no big loss mate and PFD is my wildcard (takeover target) less than 3% of portfolio. Tell your bosses that I am not the enemy but would like to see some action so I can shut up!

If you wanna trade with no leverage then try ISF (FTSE100 ETF) or EUE (Stoxx 50) both very liquid on LSE (exchange). IGLT is great for U.K. gov bond. SGLN for gold (unloved ATM).

I park mine in ISA, rest in sharedealing........take excess profit into SIPP. When you hold great brands, you have nothing to worry about. You can’t lose more than your deposit here and you get to talk about fundamentals not points or pips.

I think India and Africa are tough places to make money while you must cooperate in China to make money. FX movements can be painful too if reporting and borrowing in euros, pounds or dollars.

Margin rates going up mate, leverage trading is dangerous for your health. I am still arguing with ESMA to ban leverage trading completely for retail traders. I should be sending emails to FCA in case of brexit not ESMA.........damn they won’t ban it.

You sound exactly like K.H...........don’t worry FCA is gathering evidence. You and your boss will be toast soo. Oasis is not going anywhere soon, they need to recoup their costs of borrowing those shares!

So dumb to come over here and defend your boss who is a failure, what happened to your colleague premierfool. Did he get promotion after surviving the AGM vote? Tell Darby that Oasis will gain support of more shareholders very soon once SP goes below 40p. A special GM will be called to SACK GD.

If the ridiculous stamp duty ever gets cut or removed entirely, we might see a boom to real retail trading in shares like in America. I guess too many people trading on leverage via CFDs and Spreadbet........

I bet you get paid to post here, your tone is creepy too. The only solution is to remove Darby and the chairman.......as you have seen that the SP climbed on the chance that PFD might get a new CEO. The SP keeps tanking because analysts and MMs know that Darby is ruining the company and will continue to do so. Excessive pay, waste of company’s funds to defend himself, useless analysts day with no upgrades and cosying up with Nissin just shows that we need a new CEO.
