Thank you gb, and in the event of a t/o how would he do ????? as far as im concerned the more he makes the better, id be looking for at least ten times salary if not a lot more. Ive no idea how these things work, but id like to know that both shareholders and board would benefit handsomely. I wonnder if at some point pfs and all info released, followed by a major board share purchase.

However some of the BOD options were not taken up back in April as they were at a higher price than the SP is currently.

I still dont understand the benefit of a higher share price to ry which your figures show must happen at some point. If he had say £200,000 at present in shares plus share options that would be different.
In my view RY verified this enormous nickle recourse and justifiably has a salary and expenses to boot. If and when a takeover should happen how will he be recompensed adequately? Id imagine when the point comes where he is free to buy and a serious amount then invested by himself or board that would somewhat ignite the share price.

max/cowboy I was aware options had been mentioned for the future. Clearly they would be worth a lot more while the share price is low as now. Thats why my curiosity how ry would benefit from a t/o near term. I want ry to benefit hugely from a rising share price. I want shareholders and ry interests to be aligned.

Joe, It doesnt have to be all money, Im guessing many PI would be happy with norisk shares with their chunky dividend. or cash and shares.

As I said before, Im intrigued at what exit strategy will give RY a good return.

In 5 years time Ry could rightly benefit from a dividend, share options, shares held, salary, expenses, and pension from a producing amur still discovering.

If a company with access to ongoing figures was able to joint venture near term, how would that effect above.

If then a pfs was released and with these audited figures a bid or bids were put forward for £1 plus, with the limited shares RY has how could he be rewarded for the loss of above?

In what scenario could a low share price benefit.
Can shares be transferred from Riverfort to a third party without moving price unduly, how could Riverfort be rewarded for this.
Is the penalty for holding more than 3 percent of an aim company without declaring, or being a little late declaring, onerous?

Hi speedy - I'm too old to be dreaming at my age; wrong I could yet be, certainly but it 'aint over 'til it's over...

I've always based my investment approach on 'value afforded' and there's a shed load of it available here; that's obvious for all to see - it's big and important enough now to be exploited by someone if AMC can't manage it.

After all this time, I'm not surrendering such a 'steal' through impatience (done that on many occasions previously only to regret it) so, unless the fundamentals materially deteriorate, the case for holding on remains intact, imv.

That's how I've judged this thing all along, as you've reminded me and it's merely based on my experience in the mkts, fwiw - no guarantee there, of course but it is the best pointer I have and I'm sorry to learn your, now curtailed, involvement has been such a costly experience.

If the final outcome proves a disaster, I'll be the first to acknowledge the costly miscall on my part and eat much 'humble pie' in consequence but if holding on for a really good pay off wins the day, I won't be on here telling everybody - 'I told you so' - I'll be content enough with seeing the LTH's being well rewarded, as they so obviously deserve after such a long haul.

For a while nickle very surprisingly dropped in price, in tandem with dropping stock levels to just under 6p a couple days ago.
its now passing through 6.36, and of course with a lower stock level.
....Shortly..... will be a good time to release the pfs with the lowest nickel stocks for 4 years and price trending presumably higher.
Did anyone buy nickel directly when i mentioned my interest recently? I didn't, I was put off by charges (buy commission buy sell price and holding charge from selfrade) and the paperwork.

TDT of course you are absolutely right. Until amc has audited figures of potential it has to be valued on the old published data. However Just before the new data / /pfs is released i would think there will be a few leaks If the pfs shows amc is not profit generative at present 3p, if shows high grade large deposits world class assets sulphide battery potential then blue sky on the way to 100p.. same old... same old.. once a leak or data is released the price could move very quickly indeed.

Well this amc story surely is taking a while! Ill just wait for a gamechanging event one way or the other. I wonder if we will see share price movement due leaks first.

There are two figures to consider in ig spreadbetting.
Margin, and available funds.
When the shareprice drops and your available funds are zero you are in a position that you may be closed out under three rules.
1 24 hours has elapsed.
2 your negative balance has exceeded 50% of your margin
3. If ig want to.
So essentially you are ok as before down to zero available funds.

An advantage to spreadbetting is no capital gains.
Before you buy though, why hasn’t the md and drs bought ..serious.. amounts of amur shares monthly or a lump. (This was done to death on the iii board, however If they did would that affect the share price.)
