Moved from nickle etf to this uranium etf, and blue chip divi players. Strange Nickle dropped consistently. The aim is to be mostly in rising divi blue chips and suffer the tax. At present uranium is rising and blue chip vod and glaxo are awful. From what I read uranium is sposed to be in critically short supply and the situation will get worse for the foreseeable so lets watch urnp fly.

As for here seems everything known has been discussed imo next newsdop and this will fly from here. and every day is a day nearer production. Rob, yes persimon or barratts... i was interested in if u think one should hold just aviva or just leg n gen or just direct line, or better to hold all three. i am already positioned, majority split lgen aviva, little in direct line. they all have similar business, persimon is another sector... actually i am out of housebuilders at present, in uranium etf, when that spikes as it surely must, that will go to a divi company.

Its real hard to find 8pc 10pc blue chip divi companies now, prices of all on my watch list risen sharply sice the gov said inflation hugely down (!!!) so the effective dividends if bought now are less. wind farms battery storage property rental trusts were 10pc , not now.

i saw and interesting graph of inflation, the basket of things the gov uses are down, however if you take a basket of stuff used for owning a house cost, insurance to plasterboard, its not dropped at all.

why... a guarenteed teturn of 10.6 pc and share price higher into the future... imo,,, if it drops more its likely attract foreighn bid, if div cut will upset institutions pensions and share price, reght now cause of last few days rise all the ones I was watching as greatland gold etc have risen strongly, cant see many now, 10.6 div makes this very attractive.
