After meeting DC and listening to the recent podcast I firmly believe big things are happening here.
The Christmas Monaco show for instance, DC considered turning it down because initial thoughts were it was maybe on the small side.
The partners, Grimaldi Forum Monaco approached us, we didn't have to actively go looking for someone to join us.
China? The Birds Nest? I doubt anybody can just walk in there and set up a show.
It's obvious David is very well connected and regarded very highly.
So what next? USA?
My gut feeling is we are now in a position where there are a number of partners wanting in.
We could have the luxury of picking from a few suitors.
David mentioned the right fit and right venues for us, and this has been achieved very quickly.
A foothold in Asia and news due from the States.
This is building very nicely and I expect great returns from here.

Reggie, I believe WW is referring to the 0.05p placing that was taken up by the 2 major shareholders.
I bet there were a few ruffled feathers that others didn't get in on that.
Even £5K worth would have returned a very handsome profit.
As for the 0.5p oversubscribed placing. That should have served to shore up the earlier placing but sadly it hasn't.
It also allowed the BOD to get some at discount to the market price at the time, because prior to that they only held peanuts.

All the clues are there. Shows in multiple cities in different Continents. The venues aren't too shabby either. The market hasn't woken up yet.

I think the market has totally missed how big LVCG/BrickLive is going to be in Asia.

They are a Global phenomenon with 11.5 million Twitter followers.
That's just one cafe with more to come and no doubt with links to well known brands.

When the market wakes up to what is happening here, those already invested and believe in this venture will be very happy they hold this rare opportunity on AIM.

5M each, which wasn't shown on AIM rule 26 until recently updated although percentage holding was correct. Can't check at the moment. But I'm certain the NEDs mean they must now hold. It's something I was chasing up with Leander months ago. I took the view that only one NED being appointed as a negative but now we have both in place.

Something that people might have missed. If I've read it correctly, the terms regarding Zorbas and Leon taking the 0.05p placing meant they could name a NED each on condition they still held their shares. Regardless of our views on the NED I believe this reiterates both majority holders are sticky. A positive at least.

Anyone have any idea what price the new NED paid for his 17.5M shares?

I did my research. I asked my wife. She works for a competitor. Well not that EJ Hales are serious competition. Maybe selling shops in the Rhondda will help us? Kloepper has done nothing, gave up Lithium hunting for Zorbas too.

If that comes in its a step in the right direction for the drilling campaign.
Hopefully buying pressure in anticipation takes the SP up.
