It seems we may be at the business end of things now. We are all guilty of letting off steam, myself included. Lines which shouldn't be crossed have been crossed, by both sides. Time for the BOD to deliver, and if they do, I for one may be able to put this sorry saga spanning 15 months behind me.

What I see is a summer lull.
Yesterday 9 out of 12 on my watch list were down. 3 were flat.
Today 6 down, 4 flat, 2 just about up.
The only thing moving stock is solid news or rumours.
The worry here is nobody is buying on rumours, in August with permits due.
However, today the spread has tightened a bit and maybe the buying will start again?
This should be primed for take off, everyone is looking for a summer winner.
We need news, simple as that.

It's disappointing the SP is this low but we are in a Summer lull. We are into the second week of miners fortnight, which probably means absolutely nothing to the middle class of Surrey ;) 12 stock on my watch list, yesterday 9 were down, 3 flat. Today all flat apart from 1 down. The only thing moving stock is solid news or rumours. Frustrating but seems to be the norm this time of year.

I was led to believe permits and land access were a formality.
Here we are in August and not one single buy this week.
The bid is now 0.31p.
It now appears last weeks ramp was to allow somebody out.
A scenario Nick Lyth is on record as saying he wanted to avoid, although he was talking about selling a rise on good news.
Glass half empty now because it really isn't looking good is it?
Stella news is now required and asap, because we all know how AIM reacts to any perceived delay.

Some of my conclusions are in hindsight, best to make that clear. I did not like, and still don't like that it took 3 days to report the first shut in. People were buying during that period. Its been questioned, its been answered but it doesn't sit well with me. Then the focus shifted elsewhere. Again I didn't like it. I viewed it as a safety net which to me at least meant they were no longer confident in the primary target, the HRZ. Then with Fomo kicking in, the CR. The raises are now at lower prices. 2.5, then 2.3 now 2p. I don't like it. Add to that I was told he tried to raise at 4p last year but failed. (rumour). During ice2 updates with a falling SP we get the JV news for conventional. The price rises as people buy in, only for him to report another shut in. Back down we go. I don't like it. The email was to a friend of mine, sitting patiently but a tad concerned. The response made him hold for flow results. He's been in years and sitting on a loss. Like I've said my confidence has gone but I want it to do well. My comment towards negatives not being discussed doesn't apply to everyone. Broms reporting of the leases is excellent, mikemike understanding of the financials equally so. The rest of us are sticking our fingers in the air hoping for the best. In my opinion and with good intent.

If you are asking if I have lost confidence, then yes I have. There are a number of things I don't like. I won't list them, it's my personal opinion and its not my intention to drag this company down. I want this company to do well. There are people in here I respect, I've spoken privately with them, they know my views. I have personal friends invested, my son is in at 3p. I will probably have to cover his losses. I follow this company closely, always have and probably always will, but my rose tinted glasses are off and I simply cannot abide the posters who refuse to discuss the negatives.

Not upset about it Harry, just an observation it might have been helpful. Not that a chart was needed, the market reaction said it all. As for the horses mouth. I have an email alluding to everything is just dandy and on track. The SP was nearer 2p than 1p and the well was still open. I'm so glad I didn't share it.

HarryGatto, how was it a dig? I think this forum should be helping each other. Brom successfully sells the highs and buys the lows, I should imagine with a little help from the tools available to him. Research and his sons charts? I pointer during the updates might have been helpful? As for AIM in general, the con men that operate within it, the insider dealings, the lifestyle CEOs, the outrageous claims and broken promises you are correct, thoroughly fed up. It's true, I've lost money, but in terms of losing out on my 88e holding, not so much. Good luck. P. S. talk of 50p a share yesterday, is that helpful?

I would ramp this since I hold but I'm unable to.
The problem with this is nobody believes the story anymore since the only thing that has been released is jam.
Apart from the financials that stated the £400K loss. That kick started the decline. Agreed?
Then the non binding MOU where everyone dumped because it became apparent that this wasn't the multi bagger expected. Agreed?
But we live in hope that the permits get granted and the coal is of good enough quality to be profitable. Who knows, a major might be interested ;)

The shale to flow. That's what people really want.
A successful Ice2 would hopefully have moved the cos from 50% to 85%.
It didn't.
The market reaction to the updates was the clue.
But apparently Ice2 was a success.
Those that were abusing posters who questioned the SP decline, those that were spouting DYOR and everything was going to plan, those that were advising strong buy and hold your nerve.
They are the dangerous ones on this forum.
