Pursuant to the agreement, BLC has entered into a sub-licencing agreement the with Decheng Holding Industrial Co., Ltd (company no: 911101083181089867) ("Decheng") for the organisation and staging of the tour shows across the 20 venues until September 2021. Â In addition, Decheng has an option to extend the sub-licencing agreement for a further 3 years on the same terms, to take the show to an additional 20 cities. The total value to BLI of the initial 3-year contract is US$3.1 million, comprising both content and show licence fees.

It shows an option for a 3 year extension. The initial deal is worth US$3.1M.
Now we have partnered with the Prince Albert Foundation I think it's fair to say that option would be taken up?

Officially the free float here is around 12.5%.
Unofficially, taking into account big holders who are sticky, it's probably a lot less.
We now have Partnered with a World renowned Foundation which will provide Global exposure.
I should imagine we will now attract interest from Institutional Investors and HNWs.

I'm unable to make the presentation but I'm hoping there are some tough questions put to DW.
I don't doubt that he can handle it.
The meeting at the Brewery last year was very bullish, I came away from there feeling very confident. He wouldn't move from 50/50 cos but I got the feeling they felt differently.
Add into that an off the cuff remark and it pretty much looked nailed on.
It hasn't gone to plan, shareholders feel aggrieved and the MD has to face them.
More might be gained by giving him a hard time (I don't mean insults).
I'm sure he is expecting it and will be well prepared.

China event tomorrow is a big deal. Government backing for education and Prince Albert is over there to discuss conservation issues with the Chinese President. Its seems DC has manoeuvred us into the right place at the right time.

What I'm saying is the trades looked unusual to me.
Chunky buys but also chunky sells.
Almost as if people couldn't make up their mind what news might land.
Just an observation that's all because it's my belief that there are investors, in any stock, that know about news prior to the masses.
There's been a good rise today, a green flag perhaps as oppose to the red flags during Ice2 updates.

There were a number of 1M trades last week that caught my eye. Reported as buys and sells and seemed a little unusual to me. Lo and behold, an Operational Update landed.
Is this rise simply FOMO with DW coming to town or something more?

You did well selling at around 3.6p I believe? Apologies if I have that wrong.
I'm comfortable with what I'm invested in now after cutting loose my sh##e.
I believe 88e is pretty much on the bottom now.
Timing and sentiment I believe are key, if I catch it right I should do ok.

Just realised it coincides with the 3 year anniversary of my first purchase.
Well almost, the 15th to be exact.
0.65p or thereabouts so to put it into some kind of context, investors of 3 years have done very well.
Hopefully everyone, at whatever price sees a healthy return.
As always I watch intently and after 18 months of shocking investing I'm almost at a point where I could recoup my full holding here.
Sentiment will change for the better in Q4 and when this moves it moves quickly.

Jiddy, how did you know there would be a presentation early September?
It is a question that has been put to you ever since you started making reference to it.
It is a question you have dodged, until today when a creditable poster announced it.
As for attending, it's unlikely.
I've been off work for months but due back 12 hour nights on the 12th.
I may also be traveling to London on the 10th for an AGM of another company.
But if it turns out I can make it, do say hello, unless you prefer to attend incognito as per usual.
