How many more times must I point out to a 5% holder that the $14.5M figure is just a target agreed by both parties.
It is neither guidance nor guaranteed.

Nice to see that it's now acknowledged that the true worth of these 'transformational' deals won't be realised until months after they are announced.
Sort of shows how ridiculous the "get in the car" "time to load up" nonsense was.

February revenue exceeded $150K.
If we use $150K and the revenue sees exponential growth of 5% we are close to $185K per month for June.
If we use 10% exponential growth we are at $220K.
This assumes minimal contribution from IGS since the narrative has been its backloaded to July.
All speculation at this point because its impossible to track.

If we get the full amount paid in by end of June I would agree, but there is an opinion that the backloaded sum won't land until July.
Then we don't know how much of the $720K we actually bank.
Will we get much needed clarity?
Or will the update provide more questions than answers once again?

I'd like to see a track record of deals done by these new "partners" too.
First thing I did was attempt to research them, was a bit surprised a Turkish agent was aiding the revenue growth for the Pumas and providing assistance on the ground in Mexico.

The number of shares in issue has increased 34% in 19 weeks.
Think on that before telling us how grateful we should be for having a forward thinking BOD.
What DD was done on Gfin or their CEO before raising at 0.30p?
More shares issued on Krunch acquisition at the stupid price of 0.30p.
We should never have been at that price.
Now other deals settled in shares at below the Gfin deal.
Shareholders were gobsmacked at the Placing but now apparently are quite comfortable that more shares keep being added at below 0.30p.
It's a ridiculous situation made all the more ridiculous by those saying how wonderful it is.

We raised a lot of money for big ticket items at 0.30p, a 25% discount to 0.40p.
Surely you can't be happy at more shares being issued below Placing price for these deals?
If shareholders continue to sing the praises of a CEO that seems content to issue shares and warrants like confetti then he will keep doing it and we will never see shareholder value.
Also no surprise that the promotion by TMS has been quickly followed by dilution.
Who knew eh?

I'm asking because you appear to think it's a wonderful deal.
If we don't get updates for a while and people start questioning I'm certain the response will be "these things take time".
Let's hope they come to fruition and have a positive impact on the SP before these new partners cash in their shares.

They've been brought in to assist in getting 30 deals to the advanced stage.
What stage are theses deals at and how long before they are over the line?
Is Epstein alluding that each deal will be similar to the 5 year Puma contract?

Anyone have any info on the track record of these 2 new partners?
Has the Turkish partner been brought in to promote in Turkey?
The RNS says to grow opportunities from Pumas transaction.
Suggesting more to come from Mexico.
Once again, about as clear as mud leading to more questions than answers.
Issuing shares at below 0.30 shows how damaging that placing to invest in Gfin has been.
And before anyone decides to jump on me, there has been nearly 50% more shares issued in 14 months.
At the beginning of 2022 nobody would have dreamed we would be growing the business by issuing shares at 0.29p after being told we were fully cashed up and no need to exercise the warrants to expand.

Difficult to put a figure on IGS.
We don't know how much of the $720 is ours, and we don't know how much will be banked up to end of June.
As for the other revenue streams, they too are impossible to track.
We can only hope that the promised exponential growth has materialised.
I expect some kind of spin either way, but it's the market that will decide.
BIDS today not seeing a big move on good results in a poor market.
