Epstein is the one that didn't do his due diligence on Gfin.
He diluted us to embark on a JV with them and invested our cash into them.
We haven't recovered from it and it needs sorting.

As for the transformational Pumas deal, that too has led to further dilution as Epstein issued more shares below Placing price to the agents that apparently got that deal over the line.
But it's nice to learn that you are privy to the breakdown of revenue streams, something I've been consistently told wouldn't be made available.

The £1.1M you refer to is for the year. You could argue the first 6 months was a platform for growth.
A springboard if you like.
But January to June saw revenue of $1.08M.
I've reverted to dollars (and based my exchange calculations from the RNS) because I can work out if revenues grew from the $150K in January.
And they have, average of $170K for Feb to May.
Of course there is a debate on the IGS cash, but from this point on we know that's definitely coming in regardless.
What you are alluding to is the Mcap doesn't justify the revenues.
If that was the case the SP would have tanked on yesterday's update.
Will it go lower? Possibly.
Will it go higher on Gfin deal sign off......?

So what caused a spike in revenue for June if the earlier months were approximately $160K?

£810K for 6 months.
$240 for June.
What's the average for the first 5 months?
Less than $150K?

The IGS money is the sticking point.
You are correct, the January RNS clearly states money was received.
If the market assumes the payment has been received it will explain the muted response, even though with IGS money there has been growth.
If the money hasn't been received then we can expect better figures next time around.
We they couldn't clarify the situation is beyond me, especially in these market conditions.

Worse case scenario.
All the IGS money received in June.
Speculate it's $600K.
Take that from the $243K and we are in excess of $180K.
That's 20% up on the previous figure of $150K+ with second IGS contract money to come.

Best case scenario.
No IGS contribution.
$600K to be added this month to $240K.
Then perhaps second IGS contract is drip fed equally over 6 months. $120K?
Therefore July revenue could be $960K and the rest of the year $360K per month and growing.

Don't really want to split hairs with you but firstly we don't know how much of the $720K goes to MOS. It is probably a lower figure.
Secondly, we don't know if it's been fully paid up or not.
I hoped for clarification but not to be.
And lastly your 1.1M figure is in Pound Sterling so not a true reflection.
A $1.34M heading might have had more impact and prevented a negative take like the one you have presented.

When I've referred to H1 I'm referring to Jan to June.
It's my opinion that next update will include these months purely because if they were going to update on Q2 (April May June) they could have done so already.
Then there's the comment on next revenue update will coincide with next trading update.
Last year MOS issued their half year update (H1 for MOS July - Dec) in September.
Basically it's a pedantic debate, and last night my attention had to be diverted elsewhere very quickly. (I'll leave it at that).
As for decimal points, again try enacting a trade and tell me how the quote is displayed, but also a pedantic debate.
As for shares in issue, what is interesting, and nobody discusses, is in the presentation after the Placing, Epstein said it wouldn't take long to get back to 0.4p level.
Since then he's issued more shares at 0.30 and 0.29 and the Gfin JV is dragging on.
Hence the SP sitting perilously close to 52 week low.
