I've understood the game here for a while.
Revenue is coming in at around $200K per month even though it seems the take up on the Apps in South America have stalled.
But the IGS contracts are compensating with guaranteed revenue.
And then there is the Mexico deal with the World Cup looming.
Yes my eyes are wide open, but I'm more positive (less negative) now than anytime during the last 6 months.

We are approaching 6 months since the last "opportunity" and its tested the patience.
But here we are, the Company sending out little hints on Twitter, rocket emojies, #letsgo, photos of another (?) signed deal etc etc.
The cynic in me says there's a reason they are attempting to boost the SP.
And as we know, they have form.

The question was can anyone give a single reason why they believe a raise is possible?
I've given two reasons.
If you want a 3rd reason, let's go with 1 really big deal (Engerland FA for example) which may require a hefty upfront cost.

Because Epstein has said he has 30 possible deals in the pipeline, and it seems that every deal recently struck involves an upfront cost.
Is there enough cash in the coffers to cover all these deals?
Or maybe the price action tells its own story.
Can someone explain why all this excellent news we've had since March has failed to get us above 0.3p?

I'm assuming you missed my post yesterday where I highlighted the average monthly revenue for 2022 up to and including June is £135K?

Since we are speculating on whether there is a need to raise or not, can someone highlight if there is a clause in place on how many shares can be issued during this financial year?
And if a clause does in fact exist, we can work out the worse case scenario.
For what it's worth I can't see them attempting to raise at a discount to current SP.
It would totally destroy sentiment, not to mention really upsetting the placees in at 0.3 and our 2 new agents holding stock at 0.29.
