RE: Agree with Gus28 Sep 2021 13:22
I am not sure what the issue is really, oil companies have pumped oil from war zones before as well as remote areas like ours. If i were to hazard a guess, i think in the past the black stuff was more highly prized, for example that showed greatly when RKH found their asset and the price went through the roof but when we found our asset, the market was actually disappointed. We then had years of low oil prices, covid, financial crisis and so on. However things are a little different now and medium crude isnt the star prize but gas is.
Gas being seen as the transitionary fuel towards new greener technologies and likely to be used in great abundance for the
rest of 2021 at least.
In regard to salaries, old Harry doesn't get paid but does have a shed load of shares. He most certainly will not want dilution and the costs of the company are £1 million a year which is peanuts for running an oil company.
Is there a deal on the table? I think there is and has been for a while, just the board don't like it.
Will there be a final deal? I think there will be and quite soon, just not on the best terms but nevertheless terms that will
ignite the price of this stock.
My opinion of course....
