Hi Phil, no I don't think so. Placements happen and work at stock prices less than ours every day. There's always a buyer if there's a discount to be had, in fact the board could easily raise around £4 million by doubling the shares in circulation at a discount of 22% ish and an offer price of 0.080.However as I posted before, they won't like this dilution either and value the asset for its worth- possibly more so than us.
Therefore it can reasonably be conceived that they are working on something else and are at the end stage of doing so as per their last RNS, also let's not forget the 15 million share buy from Canada at a time when a fund raise was definitely on the cards. Investment funds don't buy at a time of dilution, that's for sure.
So something is cooking, lets see what the chef brings out.
