MM's are playing with Bor like no other, have they nothing else to do? Why don't they just buy like the rest of us and stop playing both sides of the bid and ask squeezing sells out, its mind boggingly boring.

Yes a typo- somebody put 72 shares on the exchange for sale at 3.02p. Why's it a message? Because nobody puts up for sale 72 shares at a value of £21 on the exchange (in fact this falls below the minimum requirement of nearly all brokers) Its there for a reason.

Somebody put a sell order not he exchange for 72 shares at 3.02p. Obviously a message, I wonder if it gets hit and taken out later today............

Getting quoted 2.35p for a million shares, only one way for this stock and that's up (about time too)

All over the place today is the best description, a fine demonstration of the MM'S in full control. Bid went up to 2.6p and dropped back to 2.01p then up and down, sideways- crazy. Then the earlier decent A trades at full ask of 2.97p, no idea what the hell was going on today. Will be interesting if we see some big late trades which would confirm the story of buying or selling, other than that I haven't a clue. Definitely not a pump to sell big but maybe just a play to get all that they could buyon the bid- who knows. Today is something I haven't seen before ever. Rock on Monday........

Agree Jemgeee, there's a lot of sticky stock in Bor which won't pass hands until good value is paid, then we have floating stock which will churn at reasonable value. Finally we have the catfish market (bottom feeders) which are those who will sell for nearly no profit. Well the catfish are nowhere to be seen now, apparently the last group were seen at 3.9p but were recently reported just south of 5p..................

Well it closed at 2.61p on poor volume, think they are going to need to get this well into the 3-4p to attract any real selling.

Hi Buffit, it's quite simple. The bidder is the guy on the bid, when the bid isn't getting serviced (ie lots of sells) then they will go after the seller on the ask. This stock has been in limbo for too long and its time to fly, expect a new holdings RNS soon.

No selling, bidder will need to go after the ask very soon. Expect a big rise here

Alma Boring. I presume if Bor had the repayment, then that would be a profit for that year in order to declare the repayment to shareholders as a special divi. In addition whatever the repayment was, it would be offset against previous costs in any event. No idea what you are on about to be honest, if Bor want to distribute funds to their shareholders like BLVN for example- then they can. Call it want you want!! If I ran a company and lost money for ten years and I got investment to establish my asset with a free commercialisation of that asset and a load of cash in the bank for past costs- the first thing I would do would offset all previous costs in establishing the asset against this new income which would probably preserve this income as tax free and CG free. I would then distribute a percentage of the nett to my shareholders free of all company CG taxes but subject to their own individual taxes.

Hey Alma, repayment (percentage) of exploration costs would NOT be considered a capital gain and the board would be free to do what it would like with this cash. As for injunction- that's even more tosh!!! Best regards.......

I don't think the board will go down the royalty route but agree that our Canadian friend knows something. He has made a fortune with inside trading and is doing the same here. I see 20p+ on farmout, 30p+ on farmout with decent payback for historical costs and my magic 50p+ on FID. If we get some form of free carry and decent percentage of historical costs payback I expect the board to do a special divi which will equate to more than the current price today.

Buffit, I see you engage with the to@@ers on the other board, is it because you have no friends or because you really do not like Bor. I find it quite strange behaviour if you are a serious investor.

Anth, my query is why the board are even looking at changing production volumes that will match FPSO's for redeployment before financing and before appraisal unless financing is likely to be in the bag and the assumption it will be a successful appraisal (which is a bit of a no brainer given the asset). FPSO matching is normally down the line when completing final investment decision, sourcing is also normally completed by the experienced incoming investor ( active oil and gas company) who has the lease deals/ownership of FPSO'S already in place. FPSO redeployment rarely matches the new asset and therefore some topside work is needed, it's just bizarre to see the board working on this before anything else is signed off unless we are doing a " go it alone" plan.

POC when did you have that conversation/communication. He used to reply to my emails but doesn't anymore because I gave him a fair bit of grief with his ongoing failure but at least now it looks like we have turned a corner and we are nearly there.
