Yes the big trades were off book, pre arranged deal between 2 entities. Radio silence has been going on here for a long time so lets hope there's an announcement soon, even if its an announcement to say no new news- would just be nice to hear something from our highly paid board.

Page, I don't understand what you mean? All buys today were on the " open market ", I could have bought 200k-1 million at 2p myself. So there's a seller selling at 2p for whatever reason., the other large trades of the past couple of days will need to be declared if they are an addition by someone, but on their own they are not enough to issue a RNS (same maybe for the seller also)

For me the only thing that's happening is somebody is selling at 2p! Holdings RNS will be soon enough and hopefully we will get our good news soon.

Hi Phil, it's a bit like owning a box of valuable treasure without having a key and the only way in is doing a deal with the locksmith. Looking at RKH/Navitas doing well and likely to start production, others will follow and Darwin will get developed so its a hold here for me. I am a firm believer in exploration will stop way before discoveries are mothballed, why? Because it just makes sense, why spend millions/billions hoping when you can reap a harvest that's already there.

But I tell you who will get pumped and dumped if they don't get their sh*t together pronto- the board. Great Geo's- but bloody lousy sales people.

They are either transferring to their other entity for (end of year financial reasons) and transfer back again in April or selling to another MM. Or it's another MM doing it, either way the size of the trades point to MM-MM stuff. However the selling MM is happy to sell to all and sundry at 2p, so getting out. This stock has been fixed at this price location for a long time and for a reason, normal offloading is done via a succession of pump and dumps so the lack of this for me- is the only positive here.

Holdings RNS will be here as soon as they have finished. One MM selling out by the looks of it- Damille I suspect as they are the only ones to my knowledge who bought in considerably lower than 2p - so a nice profit for them. We will soon find out.

Page, the bid and ask are all manufactured to suit the big transfers like it has been for a while. It's easy for them in a very very low volume market like BOR. Basically its one out and one in/accumulating, same S different day. RNS tomorrow or day after for holdings.

It's the only reason why the price is where it is, off book and pre arranged selling (dirty deals). The only issue is, they drag the rest of the book down with them, if the dealing is done then expect a big ping back up.

Well below the ask at the time so they are sells ( to a buyer of course). Big ones as well, lets see the holdings RNS tomorrow or day after and find out.

14% down on no news and 1 big sell, book turned early pm. Are we to revisit the 1's again? Patience wearing thin I suspect with zero comms, perhaps we will have one soon. I suspect a holdings RNS is en route if nothing else, on a positive there's always a buyer for these larger sells.

Page- they have been in talks for 10 years, it's time to stop the talking .... it can't go on forever. In fact forever may not even be enough time for this board. Communication is dire and they need to say something, even if it's negative!

Ask is piling up with sell orders, even the robots are selling which............... makes me suspicious. All a little obvious, lets see what's what and where it ends up.

"Potential industry collaborators" seems to be the same message in every rare RNS we get, chatting to this lot forever and fast forward to now seeking an FPSO for redeployment. The message is muddled to say the least, seeking an FPSO without an appraisal well to accurately calculate outage from Darwin and without finance to pay for one. Right now we can't afford to dig a hole for some daffodils let alone oil wells. It's bizarre and it's time for the collaborators to put up or shut up and walk away, the board need to come clean with what's what. If that means putting a for sale sign up, then so be it! This stock is like the living dead, yes it's active with a faint pulse but well and truly dead at the same time.

Page, overheads are very small for an oil company but pretty high when it's an oil company with no income. Dobson will keep buying more of the shares created to keep the project on track to production, but the journey there will be a continual dilution for the rest of us so they need to get this thing over the line pronto and within 2024. I have no idea why they are tinkering with presumed output to FPSO's available for redeployment now, very premature and the whole thing is baffling (unless project finance is in the bag- but that news should be released)

Well LTT I agree on a little, but we do have a fully costed production plan in place and as for High spec rig- its off the shelf stuff. True we haven't got loads of cash but to get a deal concluded, we don't need loads of cash and we also own 100% which is a lot better than RKH can shout about! Major shareholders wouldn't agree to 15-20 million cash in my opinion (that's what we are valued at now!!!) but I do agree that if we don't get this thing over the line and very soon, we are at the mercy of a cheap t/o and most definitely an offer from NAV down the line I suspect.
