RE: Moment of truth22 May 2023 21:15
Hi Phil, what worries me is the absence now of the original funding shareholders, who have generally exited with seriously heavy losses. In it's place are holders who bought reasonably very cheap and that includes the top two holders, so the old plausible explanation that shareholders wouldn't accept a stupid offer is pretty much out of the window. If the board can't get this thing going then I would view a stupid low ball offer at around 7-10p which would be daylight robbery, however would the biggest holders accept? I think they may, too many years passing and absolutely no progress it seems. The other thing that's always concerned me is zero participation in raising funds by the directors, they expect the average Joe to put their hands in the pocket but not them-only good old Harry, our much loved chairman. In regard to late results, its the norm these days- last year was May 31st. So if anything before then, we are actually early this year. Last but not least Page I don't believe one bit that Navitas has made any offer, they can't carry both RKH and BOR at this stage. A slightly negative note from me, mainly due to utter boredom watching this show and reading posts from ADFN plus general observations, here till the end tho......
