Perhaps the bidder and the guys on the ask should talk to each other, to sell 100k is 2.69p and to buy 100k is 2.70p. Margin drifts a bit on higher quotes, but the real story is the spread is actually very tight. Possibly have lift off soon.

Hi Phil- Capex is so cheap and even better is the entire project break even at current prices less than 18 months. Possibly the no brainer of the century and I just wish the board did this years ago. Terms signed within 6 months is my firm prediction with the drill of the appraisal and production well by end of 2023 early 2024.

POC- I strongly suspect he has had an idea of what's been going on behind the scenes for months. Has an industry record of being an insider- hence why he is now the biggest shareholder here. He's certainly no fool- that's for sure.

Phil, I agree. Anyone working in Arg will be off the table. I mentioned before that it could well be Bor doing this alone through a complicated finance mix with third parties, investment houses (industry collaborators). We really do not need the standard farm in with a gun at our head for poor terms. It really is minimal risk in my view for those with deep pockets for big returns.

Saving the appraisal well as a producer will certainly save some dollar. The whole project is utterly compelling in my view and eagerly await the next news.

Yep, this stock is seriously undervalued. Economics are compelling subject to the appraisal which given the asset, will flow like a river. An exciting few months ahead, I like the mention " industry collaborators" which reading between the lines is so different than "partner" and "farm out". Descriptions that have always been used before today. So perhaps external investment/ bonds etc with BOR being the operator could well be the likely path.

Finally, the new development proposals and its bloody cheap. An obvious no brainer for any oily, I expect farm in terms to be completed within the next 6 months.

Hi Phil, a takeover or a big holding that will influence others in regard to voting (BLVN for example) is a likely scenario in my view. The asset is big and strong, but the obvious weakness is the board, we are ripe for taking over and not at a great price. The board have no real defensive holdings here apart from Harry which will not be enough, this could go for as little as 15-20p.

Brimacombe manages funds for clients and unusually buys and stores stock under his own name rather than his firm. Like POC mentioned, he is accumulating on behalf of his client who for obvious reasons doesn't want to be accumulating in public because the price of this stock would be multiples higher. Interesting times ahead and the board should start to think about what's going on as they could well be out of work this time next year if we have a takeover here. They will be kicking themselves that they don't hold much stock themselves in order to defend any T/O.

Eqinor have new licenses to the west of the Falklands but obviously have nothing to do with the main Falkands activities in case they anger the Argentina authorities. I think it's a case of you either have operational activities in Argentina and their territory or you don't, one of the ones in the don't group will be BOR'S new partner. It's quite interesting that the collective payments for new exploration rights offshore Argentina was three quarters of a billion dollars with the majority spent by BP and Shell and that's before they have even started looking!

Malaysia. BOR have raised twice in 10 years and once did offer us the deeply discounted shares and the other time- didn't. Also I purchased a load at 1.8p (not too far away from the 1.75p offer) so most had a chance to buy cheaply in the market. I think clearly something is going on with our Calgary investor, now the largest shareholder and I bet still buying. We will all know probably soon, cheap takeover obviously makes more sense than farm in for some with greedy pockets. If we go cheap I reckon 15p cheap, this would be daylight robbery and I wouldn't agree. I bet a few of you lot would tho.........

He won't be stopping at just under 9%, will go to 10% minimum. If he goes above 10% something is definitely stewing, he is the largest shareholder here now so perhaps the stew is already cooking. Back to 3's very soon.
