Holdings RNS this week for sure? Somebody is definitely building a holding here. One thing I do agree with Jem is that we can sit back for 2 years and let this board finally close the deal we have all been waiting for.

Agree will be taken out, not sure the board will let it go for 10p though or the major shareholders.

Agree POC, accumulation here obviously. As for Argos, bad news for the shareholders but good news I think for the Falklands in general. As many have discussed here, Arg shareholders will have their cash trapped with no way of realising it as they can't sell or trade their shares- it may change one day I suppose.

Malaysia. Whilst I as you know have voiced my displeasure as well, there has to be a valid reason and one I suppose could be the dilution of shareholdings with new investors may have been seen as a good thing. Also what would happen if funding wasn't agreed by the majority? Price would tank, licence revoked and I see nothing positive coming out of it for us. Therefore whilst being very unhappy about things, I will probably vote with the board and address the board at the AGM with my issues.

I would extend that to early 2025 Phil, on a positive note the board are fully funded until then and therefore no more fund raising. They have 2 years to get this thing over the line, personally though I think it will happen in 2023 finally. but I am not happy at the lack of communication from the board and the time that its taken (ing).

What did you not offer the new discounted shares to your loyal shareholders who have stuck with the poor
progress for the past 10 years and instead offered them to new investors, therefore diluting our investments.

I would also like why the company website hasn't been updated for years highlighting the increasing value
of Darwin with accurate information?

I am just about to vote yay or nay for the fundraise, however one thing that keeps bugging me is why the board did not offer the allotment of new shares to current shareholders, and why they chose to offer the discounted shares to new investors. I am going to email Obee again and demand an answer, otherwise I may vote against.

I will agree that BOR may go for the 2 year extension now they have enough funds for it, I don't agree on the Navitas farming tho. It will be someone else or we will do it ourselves, I am not even convinced that Nav will get to development with RKH let alone anyone else.

I suspect 2023 will be the year Phil, in what way I do not know. Either sold or farmed in, or self funded. Self funding is most interesting, if CAPEX isn't crazy and our NPV10 remains good-then it's entirely feasible that we develop Darwin on our own.

Very well said Hebr, I have significant holdings here and increased again today, I emailed Obee the other day and he didn't even bother to respond and my veiled threat was that the board could get voted out if progress is not forthcoming soon. The board work for us and not the other way around, that they need to understand quickly, larger holders can easily agree on a simple route to oust the board (as what happened at BLVN and a forced sale at HUR)

Well I didn't plan to have 1 million more shares than I did last week but couldn't resist at these prices. Clearly NPV10 is done as per the RNS snippet, so all the economics in place but not officially released. I also sent an email to Obee letting him know very clearly on my opinion of the huge discounted placing and a subtle warning that he needs to get this project over the line sharpish or the board may well get voted out at some point.

Big late trades x 2- 14 million. Holdings soon surely

New shares issued were not many for AIM, discount however was a bit heavy. Perhaps the new advisor didn't want to work that hard for their money, hence an easy raise at a steep discount. The main thing as the board must know is that they need to get this over the line in 2023, clearly the costings are done with the NPV10 now as per the RNS and the economics look superb even for a micro development of Darwin to start. We just need that partner to commit.
