Looks weak to me, could well dip below a penny again. Traders stock here for sure, I hope it does drip back below so I can top up again. I am here long term.

I'm a newbie too and bought in prior to the RNS at a great price, am thinking of adding some big chunks. Short term stuff doesn't bother me at all and I can see already it's a day traders dream of late, also there seems to be 1 or more big sellers here for whatever reason. When this is all washed through, we will probably see some serious movement North and Empire could well be the biggest bagger you will ever have if all the boxes are ticked.

Think the Capex is the important one POC, Opex has you said is insignificant when Darwin gets pumping.

Ffopir, the only conclusion is that you must have sold or are not invested here? A bit of a pointless post......

Anth, dilution was only the once and for naff all/ done very professionally and the chair took the biggest hit and investment. They are slow but do things very professionally and responsibly unlike most AIM oilies who dilute to hell and back, its been tough finalising anything in the FI-just look at RKH. Hopefully our time is very soon.

1.3 million of the "sells" were my buys at 0.75p. A bit weird considering the bid was also at 0.75p at the time- bargain though.

Yep we all know that, the key is though is whether the board can deliver it or not and the market is pricing this very question with our stock accordingly. The board as I know, don't care about intra day stuff which leads me to think that the raise will be very limited indeed, possibly exclusively via Harry. Good things come to those who wait, oh boy some of us deserve it......

No in my opinion, and Europa what a disaster of a company to date. If you want to look at dilution- look at them

Falky the board are about as professional as they come on AIM. What do you want them to say??? They are open and honest all the way, unlike some stocks that see their price pumped and raise at the best moment. The board advise they will probably need more cash (we knew this earlier this year), there are multiple interested parties to farm in and we are currently doing an external study for Capex and Opex in regard to a watered down Darwin option. Who cares what the sp does before farm in/takeover etc unless you trade this stock?

USD and OIL up, everything else DOWN. Messy out there right now, oil will breach 100 USD again tonight and this time may not stop for a long while.

Exactly POC, this stock is the no brainer of the year/ century. I am hopeful a positive external study with reasonable Capex and open will secure the partner. As for operating costs for 2023- another 1 million quid, nothing at all. I am personally very excited of what's on the way and may well add a bit more very soon here.

Oh what a week! We have long term thinker posting, who is actually a short term thinker LOL and Happy who is just plain stupid. If you have been here as long as I have (and some others) then its always been obvious of a need for some more cash for another 12 months doughnuts. This stock is sliding on down on tiny volume, of course it will- if I were to purchase again my 1.5% holding here the price would make the price tomorrow 6-7p min, there isn't enough stock. Everyone says dilution! leave the sinking ship!!, short sighted at best- idiots.

For what's it worth, I think the Falklands will be a major energy producing province at some point. Drawing out gas and oil from both basins, then shipping to Western Europe and beyond. RKH and BOR assets will be producing, as will many other areas. It will look like the North Sea once did. When? Within the next decade it will start, there is absolutely no way the seas around the FI can be ignored long term, the world simply haven't enough resources.

Into, what a thoroughly stupid comment about raising 10x the amount they sought last year to cover them for 5 years or so. Why on earth would they do such a massive dilution at under 2p at the time when they may not have needed 5 years worth of expenses? The board raise responsibly and ask for what they need when they need, in addition the chairman dug very deep for his own raise limiting the dilution for us ordinary shareholders. They are fully aware of dilution and don't want it to happen, especially Harry who owns a boat load of stock here. I was fully aware of the need to raise a bit more cash for 2023 to get us over the line and will support it again, as I previously posted- I believe the current external study for a limited development of Darwin will be the final thing that's needed for our would be partner to jump on board to join our journey.

The most positive thing I read, we all read is that finally they have published that there is an increase in interest and we are talking with potential partners (plural). I don't actually recall a statement like that being mentioned in any RNS over the years.
